Customers have expressed their satisfaction with the prompt, friendly, and detailed work of the MaidPro staff. The office is responsive and sends reminders a few days before and the day before with the arrival time. Customers have particularly appreciated the amazing job done by Cassandra W. and Fatima S., whose attention to detail was highly praised. One customer who had been in the hospital and unable to clean, had a great first experience with MaidPro and Fatima, who worked around the customer's presence and pets.
The two ladies were very sweet and efficient. I asked them to clean certain areas and I appreciated them doing so. It was refreshing to have some help in the house. I didn’t want to touch anything after they left lol
I did get the deep cleaning and I will say it is a bit pricey, and there were some other areas I wish I would’ve had them clean more efficiently. But they do have a checklist they go through and provide you at the begging of your service. Therefore, you can ask of certain things from that checklist that you feel need redone or extra cleaning.

Great service! It’s tricky to keep things clean when you have a really big slobbery dog. MaidPro and specifically Karey H. have been amazing so far at getting us back on track every few weeks amidst work/military/life’s busyness.

I've tried 3 or 4 different services, this is the one I've stuck with. I like the staff, they always work with my non standard work schedule. I'm moving, but will probably try to retain their services. They do a good job, and I find myself throwing the occasional tip their way, and I'm certainly not wealthy, just appreciative of the hard work.
