This was our first time using ZeroRez. Our technician, Gabe, was very professional and polite. He reviewed our concerns and address each area with special attention. When done, he walked through each of the five rooms with me, to be sure I was satisfied. The carpets are all fresh and look brand new. The cost was reasonable and what was quoted. I have used this company in the past. Almost called another cleaning service due to the poor customer service I received on their last visit.Pleasantly surprised with the professional and courteous behavior of technician Chad Sharp.
