The service was easy to schedule. This was the 2nd year in a row I had the carpets cleaned. The service technicians were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They got stuff out of the carpet I could never get with my vacuum. We are very happy with Zerorez.
We are very pleased with the cleaning of three rooms of carpet. We removed all the lighter weight furniture and the young man cleaned around the larger pieces. The carpets do remain wet for several hours, but now look cleaner and refreshed.
We usually contract our carpet cleaning with Stanley Steemer, but used Zerorez after used them at my office which had horrific stain issues. These guys worked like dogs and did a fabulous job at the office, and Scott and his crew also did a great job. The icing on the cake is that my husband said they performed the work with a joyful and appreciative attitude ... RARE and refreshing. Thank you, ZEROREZ, we'll be having you back again!
