At my place of work we’ve been having issues with one of our ice machines, and Israel with facilities management went above and beyond to find out what was wrong! He was very informative and helpful while explaining the issue to me.

Israel M. came out to our business and repaired one of our refrigerators promptly on a weekend. He was very polite and kind hearted the whole repair. I recommend this company based on his demeanor alone, he even helped us put the unit back in place when he was done. AWESOME SERVICE!!
