Sean was able to identify a quick fix for our safe to help gain entry. He charged appropriately for his time, knowledge, and expertise. Thank goodness I found this place..I called a few locksmiths before them inquiring of anyone who knows how to fix/repair a mortise lock on front door with little to no knowledge. Armored Lock & Securtiy and Lindsay the receptionist assured me they had the right guy for the job. Sean came out and was super knowledgeable and explained everything and was able to get the door opened (after the deadbolt was not working and the door wouldn't unlock) and removed the locking box assembly and quickly was able to get it fixed and reassembled in no time.
