AMAZING!!!!! I booked facials and massages for a bachelorette party of 6 people, they closed their spa for additional customers while we were there to make us comfortable, provided snacks and drinks, were super accommodating with health concerns that could be affected by facials/massage, and overall were just great people to spend the day with. If you are looking for a reasonably priced spa day and want a great experience please pick Perfect Balance! 100% will be using them again

Angie is an amazing massage therapist! She checked in several times during the massage to make sure the pressure was ok and worked on the areas I was concerned about. She gave me recommendations on stretching these areas and was very informative. Highly recommend!

This was our first time getting appointments here. We came in and were immediately welcomed warmly by Zoe and Angie. My wife and I got a couples massage and they made sure the experience was was not only comfortable, but relaxing. Checking the pressure was alright and the towels weren't too hot. The massages were incredible. We left ready for a nap and feeling refreshed. Thank you Angie and Zoe!
