“Rupp massage has a cozy, warm & PRIVATE environment (I dislike getting massages with a bunch of other people around staring at me). I have had chronic back & neck pain for years which has been exacerbated recently & I’m in pain/discomfort/stiff 24/7. Tracy listened to my issues & gave me the best massage I’ve ever had (& I’m a spa owner )! I’ve been in physical therapy and seeing a chiropractor for 6 months with no relief. I had a 90 massage with him yesterday & today I’m feeling better than I have in a year! His skill level well surpasses the average massage therapist, as he knows manipulate soft tissue to decrease your pain. I didn’t have to tell him where it hurt, he found it on his own! He performed cupping on me, which was more than awesome. I am absolutely shocked and relieved at how good I feel today and will be seeing him on a regular basis. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a therapist who goes above and beyond an average “relaxation massage”. In one session 90% of my stiffness, and pain have subsided. My college football son & husband are asking me to book them appointments! If I could give him more than five stars I would, I’ll be seeing him regularly now instead of my physical therapist & Chiro ?“

“After a car accident I started PT anxious and nervous, not really knowing what to expect as this was my first time having any physical therapy. The staff was very professional very friendly. It was a relaxing and comfortable and clean atmosphere. As my therapy progressed, the doctor adjusted the plan as needed to address the issues that I was having ( neck, shoulder, lower back and ankle) even though I couldnt always fully explain the depth of what I felt at times, they were understanding and patient. Im grateful for the help I received from the staff and tips to help to continue to move forward. I truly appreciate Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers and would highly recommend them to friends and family!“
