“Outstanding service! Alex and his teammate are very considerate and respectful when it comes to installation in your home. They built a treadmill in our home gym which was completed in the cleanest matter. Initially, I was concerned the job would be too difficult as our landscape is quite rugged and it was raining. I called Alex who reassured me he had more difficult jobs in the most professional manner. They arrived on time and with a stellar trailer that is essentially their garage. I can't emphasize enough how professional, considerate and CLEAN Alex and his team were in my house--he even brought his own trash can that was clean but still placed it on the large drop cloth they laid out. WOW. This is 5-star home service.“
“Needed a partial shower remodel and was lucky enough to call NuLook, because other companies wanted to do a complete shower remodel. Was put in contact with Glenn, who could not meet with us on a convent day for us, however he had Pedro contact us the following day, who could come on Friday to look at the project and give us an estimate. Pedro showed up at the appointed time and was so very professional, helpful and patient to listen to our needs. He prepared an estimate for us and because of his very positive personality and assurance that we would be happy with the finished work, we accepted his proposal.The work began the following week with a minor hiccup, which Pedro took care of immediately. The Project was finished in the allowed time and came out exactly how we wanted. The two workers did a fantastic job. Well Done!!!!We will use NuLook again for a future project in our kitchen at a later date.
