She custom-tailored my workout for me, based on her listening skills and her expertise with how to maximize our first session together ....and, set me on a path of a do-able but challenging program ...and she was so nice and patient

I've always been a fan of this Life Time since a friend of mine took me here as a guest some years back. All the amenities, accessibility, and endless equipment to use were the selling points for me. When I was able to get a membership at this location, I was given a free training session with Chris, who I highly recommend to anyone looking to really achieve their fitness and health goals! Very satisfied with the experiences I've had so far.

Great visit to my Lifetime fitness today. They (Bryan) have been very accommodating to me and other clients during the Covid shut down. They have taken extra steps to go above and beyond guidance for health safety to provide a safe experience. They're ready to welcome back guests .
