I have a 2023 Kia K5 that I bought brand new. I had Grit Detailing add a 5 year ceramic coating as well as detail the car. I loved it. In December that car was hit at a red light and totaled :( After some delay I was back in a 2024 Kia K5 that was a nearly exact replica. I brought the car back to Grit because of my first experience and had an even better one the second time. Owner Chris was so easy to work with, took the time to educate me on options and pricing and made this the thing shine. I chose a 10 year graphine coating, as well as a full wash and detail. Check it out, genuinely looks better than the day I bought it new!

Amazing wedding venue! As a wedding photographer who shoots at a lot of wedding venues, this one stands out. Sure, it’s a beautiful, spacious venue, but there’s a lot of those in Charlotte. What makes this place stand out is the staff. It’s obvious they go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommended couples consider them for their wedding venue.

The staff is wonderful. Going to see my physician can be a little uncertain, not knowing what the outcome will be. When my physician comes in to exam me and we start to converse, it makes the uncertain no longer there. I feel at ease and all my questions or concerns are answered. I love my medical team.

Can't rave about Chris enough. Re-carpeted and tiled nearly our entire house before we moved in 6 years ago. The carpet (Chris's recommendation)has held up extremely well and the tile work looks newly installed. Highly recommend and advise you to take Chris's recommendations!

My hair is terribly baby-fine, and I used to think nothing could improve it, but Inna always finds a way. I have been struggling to find a good hair salon in Charlotte since I moved here two years ago. Lane Salon was near my house so I decided to try it out. I loved their new client form where it asked what I was looking for, what my budget was and to attach some pictures of my hair currently and what I wanted to accomplish. Based off my answers, they paired me with Layla. Layla was so sweet and really cared about what I wanted. She walked me through her thought process and answered any questions I had. They made me a latte, brought over a desk so I could work while I was there, and gave me a welcome gift. I absolutely loved how my hair color and cut turned out! I will definitely be back and am so happy I decided to try them out :)

In town for work and had to do laundry next door. I normally just go to Great Clips because it's quick, easy, and all around the country. But in this case I had some time to kill and Midwood allows walk ins so I gave it a shot. Definitely one of the more pricey haircuts I've gotten in a while but you definitely pay for what you get. Great atmosphere, great barbers, and fantastic hospitality. If I am in the area again I will definitely be back for another cut!

Angelina is so kind & welcoming , and the salon space is gorgeous! The attention to detail is amazing and this is the first time I have gotten a spray tan that is truly even all over. Not patchy at all, even around my hands, feet, elbows, etc. it looks perfect. The color is really natural and not too orange or olive. Overall would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be going back!

I love this place. The ladies are so nice and accommodating to my mobility needs. The bed I use is great too. It is called the Blueberry bed. It is a bronzer type bed. It is the second one on the left as you enter the store.
You should seriously try it if you are looking to tan. They also have special light therapy. I have not tried it yet but I am interested in trying it.

I was referred to Lori for the HiFu stomach tightening treatment. I have had 2 kids and lost weight but continued to hold onto some extra fat in the tummy pooch area. I was very surprised by the results just after one treatment. My stomach is smoother and a noticeable difference in the “pooch” area! The treatment is completely pain free and zero downtime. The products Kylie used smelled and felt incredible, and the room itself was cozy and calming. my skin afterward was so smooth, glowy, and soft. i usually dermaplane my face at home (oops) and always breakout after. this was the first time i was left with better skin!

I have been going to Hilary for my eyebrows for years and am surprised to see a few negative reviews. She is very professional, caring and good at what she does. I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated. Her space is decorated in a modern, chic way that draws you in, with light music always on in the background. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for brow services.

Ebony Burns is truly a godsent. Prior to seeing her, I had struggled with red inflamed acne on the sides of my cheeks and hyperpigmentation. She gave me a skin care regimen that catered to the issues that I was having and taught me about the importance of using certain products that have certain chemicals to cater to my skin. I started going to her for chemical peels and micro channeling, and my skin has drastically improved since then. I feel much more confident with my skin, looking at it in the mirror, and seeing such a such wonderful difference, all thanks to her!!!

Dani is so amazing at lashes. She does such a great job of making mine look natural since she knows how important that is to me. She also takes the time to make them full and add volume since the length isn’t so important to me. I have been going to Dani off and on for 5 years… I recently gave myself a lash break for awhile and can’t even begin to explain how much I missed not only my lashes but seeing Dani on a regular basis. I am getting my lashes back on tomorrow and I’m so excited for the added confidence boost that I know I will get immediately as well as the extra time in the morning not having to put on eye makeup anymore! This had been my hubs and my first experience with Made to Last Tattoo. The entire staff had been super cool from the moment we stepped through the door to the time we left. She takes time to ensure each piece is what you envisioned and she is quick clean and her lines are neat. And she is gentle.
She knows what lines need to be dark, and which ones need to be more delicate. Her big thing is longevity of the tattoo, lines blurring. Things like that. It's very refreshing to have worked with an artist that is passionate about their work and their clients.
She is also very easy to talk to. The three hours we were there FLEW by.

This is the place to go! I made an appointment for my birthday at a different salon to get my ears pierced and they ended up canceling on me when I was pulling up to their store. I called like 15 different piercing places they couldn’t take me today and when I called Krazy Kats She took me right away and was so sweet and respectful even walked me through why none of my previous piercings were healing correctly. Sarah, who was largely responsible for the show's organization, deserves extra kudos for her meticulous planning, clear communication, and the seamless layout of the classes and trade show. The sign-up process, confirmation emails, itinerary summaries with dates, times, locations, room numbers, and learning opportunities were incredibly effective and easy to use, creating a great sense of thoroughness and comfort. The venue at the Hyatt Place was conducive to both learning and networking. It offered a fine facility with reasonable pricing accommodations. Its centralized location was perfect for all locksmiths, instructors, students, and staff to congregate socially, which can often be just as educational as formal classes. The classes and instructors were well-prepared and demonstrated valuable topics. Dale from Assa Abloy's update class on Medeco M4 high-security locks provided an excellent overview of the entire product line. This session was a good refresher for many who had not interacted with Medeco cylinders or newer products, offering valuable reference materials and technical contacts. Jeremy Crocker's NASTF class was particularly noteworthy. It provided an excellent myth-busting and thorough overview for individuals unfamiliar with NASTF or SDRM. The class also introduced the value and benefits of these services, including access to OEM service information, software, programming resources, training, and references. All questions were answered, and even skeptical or dissenting opinions were addressed effectively. Jamie Skinner's Range Rover/Land Rover class was incredibly thorough. It not only introduced many individuals to the processes and procedures but also provided updated techniques that dramatically improve the safety and reliability of programming these vehicles across their entire lifespan. The focus on OEM programming for newer vehicles effectively communicated the elimination of common problems associated with aftermarket programming. Jeremy Crocker’s Mercedes class covered a wide range of Mercedes programming, from the earliest systems to the most modern ones, with a strong focus on using reliable, repeatable techniques that are least invasive. The class also evaluated virtually all tools available for their strengths, weaknesses, and feasibility. The electronic steering lock portion of the class expanded the capabilities of most trainees. The trade show was easily accessible for everyone at the St. Petersburg Coliseum, a facility that was very accommodating for individuals with disabilities. The booths represented virtually every facet of modern locksmithing, from automotive tools and equipment to access control and power operators. The use of a bingo-style card and stamps provided a fun and effective way to ensure attendees visited all booths, resulting in the discovery of many vendors and products. All events, including the training sessions and trade show, offered free drinks, water, and coffee. A major highlight was the reception and social timeframe, where excellent food and drinks were provided, allowing attendees to interact more personally. This setting enabled attendees to get to know each other better and build more personalized relationships. In conclusion, the Southern Lock & Supply Learning Expo and Trade Show was an excellent use of time and resources. It provided valuable technical, operational, financial, and instructional material, along with updated knowledge and techniques. The event also expanded my network of locksmith and vendor resources. This well-staffed and venerable organization is expanding and modernizing its offerings and technological systems, presenting an impressive outlook for its future as a leader in our industry.

Long overdue post, but I cannot say enough good things about All Elite Construction. We hired them for a 20 x 12 home addition/extension that functions as a custom closet while also serving as a patio cover, and the final result exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a retaining wall put in the backyard that looks absolutely beautiful (it was a death trap before they worked on it) We also had an old Red Japanese Maple that many landscapers told us to give up on - and they saved it and it’s thriving now! We had our entire front and back yard done and it looks amazing - we have lush grass and the landscaping is beautiful. Had a leak in my irrigation system and after contacting 6 other businesses I saw his ad online-I submitted my request and received a phone call within 5 minutes. My leak required me to cut off the water to the house so I needed someone quick-contact was made after 2pm and I am in Gastonia-Rick recognized the immediacy of my situation and by 5pm Matt had me fixed-was great to take a shower that afternoon without having to go outside and turning the water on and then going back out to cut it off-would highly recommend this company. I had a huge diseased willow oak on my property which I needed to have removed so that falling limbs wouldn't damage my (or an adjacent property). I received 5 quotes all from (BBB, Google, Yelp, Angie's List ) from highly rated (and insured) companies with prices all over the place (for the exact same cutting down and removal).
Despite reaching out to the other companies explaining that their quotes were way over-priced (some $4000 + more) for removal and hauling away of a single tree, I failed to have a single reputable company come within range of AAA Tree's quote. It seemed as though all of the other companies had an additional layer of scheduling/ phone sales/ billing who wanted their cut of the work so just weren't going to budge on their inflated prices.
I was able to be flexible in the timing of the tree removal and AAA Tree worked with me to fit my tree work into their schedule. They stood by their very reasonable quote and performed the work exactly as they quoted.

I started using Plaza Midwood Dentistry after feeling like my previous dentist was taking advantage of my ignorance and selling me on procedures I didn't need. This office is a breath of fresh air. You can tell the staff is there to do a good, honest job without selling expensive and/or painful work you don't need. I trust them with my teeth. With x-rays and cleaning, I am usually in and out in an hour. Scheduling is easy, and they even offer earlier timeslots as they come available. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing bad to say.

Needed a root canal and after getting prepped and numb, my left arm began to tingle and had pain radiating from my neck down to my hand. As the drilling started, the pain increased and I was not able to get comfortable. Knowing it wasn’t a cardiac episode, me and the endodontist agreed we should stop the procedure. He recommended TrueMotion as he and his staff had received care from Dr. Clay. Once the novacaine wore off, I called and spoke with Elizabeth. She is awesome and made setting an initial appointment very easy. I met with Dr. Zack and like so many others have commented, he took the time to hear my history, listened intently to what I was currently experiencing and that it was odd to be referred by a endodontist! Seems that along with 50 + years of picking things up and putting them down, some bad posture moments and the pressure put on my shoulder/back from being pitched back in the dental chair was enough to trap the nerves and cause the issue. Dr Zack brought out a remarkable app of the body that reveals layering of skeleton, muscles, nerves etc (He referred to this over and over again throughout my course of treatment) to show me what he thought was happening and his recommendations on how to treat me. He has a way of explaining to the layman how the body compensates and protects itself in situations like this in a way that is easily understandable and put me at ease and offered a clearer picture of treatment and expected outcomes. I’ve had traditional PT after knee and gut surgeries and a bicep tendon tear but Dr Zack’s approach was far more “clinical” then any PT I had worked with before. His approach was fresh and i was totally onboard with him. We had 2 visits a week for the first 3 weeks and Dr Zack used massage, percussion, adjustments and we also used dry needling. The needling was amazing! I could feel the muscle relax around the nerves…just a wonderful experience. Dr Zack went through stretches and many specific targeted exercises that I am still using today some 10 weeks after the initial visit. Dr Zack has a way of motivating you to use those activities to maintain yourself and prevent the issue from returning. Integrating them into your everyday life and tasks makes it more of a small break to stretch throughout the day versus spending an hour a day in a “have to” kind of mood. I did have one visit with Dr Clay and he too reiterated and reinforced my treatment plan. As expected and planned, after 8 weeks, I was able to have the root canal completed and continue to be pain free and comfortable but still continue to have visits to check in and reinforce the behaviors. I can’t speak more highly of TrueMotion and their comprehensive and educating approach to care. Dr Zack and Dr Clay are absolute professionals through and through and make available the latest treatment techniques and methods to achieve much succeses in care. Elizabeth is absolutely amazing in scheduling, billing and just making the environment very pleasant. I look forward to my next appointments because the entire group motivates you to do and be better. Highly Recommended.

My first time going to Dr.Waltz was yesterday and I was blown away. The staff was amazing. Dr. Waltz is so welcoming and friendly. I felt at ease with him and his staff. They gave me tips for a better rest, told me what I was doing wrong and could do better. Also went over my insurance information first hand so I knew what I would be paying. Dr. Waltz got straight to the point and made the appointment effective by analyzing my body and then prepared me for my alignment. Dr. Bob and the front office team are the best! I was searching for a chiro with positive reviews from other pregnant people and Dr. Bob's reviews were stellar...and for good reason! I had severe hip and lower back pain that was actually starting in my upper spine, which no one else was able to diagnose. After my first adjustment I felt like a new person. I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Bob as he has helped to make my third trimester so much more enjoyable. Dr. Casey is AWESOME! Highly recommend Movement Spine and Sport if you are looking to reduce pain and proactively correct spinal alignment. I have had back, neck, and hip pain for several years and have struggled with traditional PT in the Charlotte area. Dr. Casey puts a refreshing spin on chiropractic services by working in functional stretch and strengthening exercises more geared towards patients who not just want to fix pain but want to also maximize athletic performance.
Dr. Kyle Dunning is the best, I don’t see my self going to another person that is not him, always making us feeling comfortable, good talker and always checking on us to make sure that we’re doing ok while he’s working on you. Definitely recommend going to him if you want to be taken care of and also having a nice experience, always works with your schedule and also makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. My two dogs (a rescued pitbull and a pit mix) usually see Dr. Wood or Dr. Williams and have always had positive experiences.)That’s why I was surprised and disappointed with a recent visit with Dr. Elizabeth Brown for my foster dog, Armani, a 1-year-old pitbull rescue. Armani is very sweet, though he can be excitable and nervous during exams. While Dr. Brown did examine him, I felt the interaction could have been more welcoming and supportive. She did not greet or introduce herself at the start, and her demeanor seemed uncomfortable with Armani’s energy. During the exam, when he was moving around, she audibly expressed frustration by saying “ugh, ugh” and even commented that her back would hurt if she had to keep trying, before sitting on the bench usually meant for clients. These kinds of remarks made the situation feel more stressful rather than calming. She also kept mentioning that Armani “needs a lot of work” and suggested that a certain treatment option might make him “more aggressive.” I have to note he showed zero aggression. And he’s gone a long way since I got him at the shelter, which I made sure to mention. When I asked if she meant “edgy” or “nervous,” not “aggressive” she quickly backtracked, but by then the tone of the visit felt discouraging and gave me the impression of an unfair bias against his breed. As a foster parent, I work hard to help Armani feel safe and cared for, and I hope that all veterinarians he sees can support that effort with patience and compassion. Small changes in communication, such as a warm greeting, clearer explanations, and more positive reinforcement, would go a long way in building trust with both pets and owners, especially with breeds that often face stigma. I share this feedback not to criticize, but in the hope it can be helpful. I know Piper Glen has wonderful staff (including Sienna who was very sweet and kind to Armani) and I want Armani (and other pets like him) to receive the same respectful, supportive care I’ve always experienced here with my other dogs.
I brought my dog, Holly, to see Dr. Hreiz for a leg injury. Everyone was so friendly and gentle with Holly, who gets extremely nervous at the vet. Dr. Hreiz took the time to explain everything to me and he and Olivia were so patient with her, giving her lots of pets and treats! Holly’s favorite person by far was Jules! They were SO sweet to her and she just loved them❤️

I switched to Cotswold Animal Hospital for my 2 dogs this year and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The vets and all staff have been so kind and friendly-they really care about my dogs having a comfortable and positive experience. It has been easy to get appointments for problem focused and well care visits, and we have gotten in and out without long wait times. The office runs very efficiently and I love being able to request appointments online with a timely response. I appreciate that the vets don’t immediately jump to doing a bunch of tests and procedures immediately when one of the dogs has a problem-one of my dogs recently had an issue and Dr.May recommended watchful waiting. This saved my girl a painful procedure and me money because the problem resolved without any need for treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

I continue to love this Vet practice and their approach to the pets and parents they serve. The sweet front desk staff, the vet techs/assistants, and the vets all work together to make our visits as stress free as possible. We were worked in for an urgent visit on a very busy day and we felt like we were the only ones they had to take care of. Dr White and his assistant Michelle did an amazing job taking the time my fearful dog needed to have the best possible experience. I have now met all 4 of the vets here and I can’t say enough about their kindness and care if my dogs and me. I am so grateful for my Vet Home.
Davis lake is an awesome place to bring your animal for care. The Dr took great care to check out my dog. He gave some great info about what's going on with him. I would recommend this place for your loved ones also.
We had a great visit with Dr. O'Brian and are eager to get started with a new medication regimen and follow through on the plan for our dog. So far even the one small change in med timing has helped. Dr. O'Brian is very knowledgeable and she came to the visit very prepared and had read our dog's entire medical history. We were there for two hours and I feel we got a lot out of the time. Absolutely worth the long drive and the money.

The best grooming spot in Charlotte!!! I used to bring my doodles here to see Amber. She is literally the best- kind, patient, and so loving. My dogs are super anxious so I do at home grooming myself. I miss Amber terribly!! Her attention to detail and the way she made my doodles look were picture perfect. I so wish she would do mobile grooming or at home private appointments. Benson and Charlie Mae will forever be bubbly pups at heart!! Absolutely would recommend to anyone. I’ve sent numerous people to her with all different dog breeds.

My dog is a little shy and nervous at first, but they always take great care of him. I've had some bad experiences with groomers who do not know how to handle Kona's coat, but not here! For the past 4.5 years, Arrichion has been the equalizer for my health. As a highly active and adventurous soul, I have relied on Arrichion, especially the hot yoga to mitigate injury and keep me in tip top shape to conquer life adventures. Most recently, I tackled Mount Kilimanjaro and I can state with no hesitation that the secret ingredient during my preparation was the intense hot yoga sessions. In my opinion, Charlotte Yoga is the best yoga studio in Charlotte and has become a home to me. There is a great variety of classes and the staff and instructors are so warm and welcoming! Okra yoga is my favorite yoga studio in the Noda area of Charlotte so far and one of my favorites in the wider Charlotte metro. I am very grateful for the variety of classes they offer, especially the number of slower and unheated classes. Most of the classes emphasize the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, not just the physical, which is one of the most important aspects of yoga, imo.I left off a single star simply because classes that are named exactly the same can be very different depending on the instructor teaching them. I would prefer if I could rely on having a *relatively* consistent experience in terms of speed and intensity. For example, if I show up to a deep stretch class, I find it a bit frustrating if that class is actually being taught as a restorative class instead. Or if I show up to a class that describes itself as a slow or relaxed pace, but half of the class is taught at the same speed as a typical vinyasa class, this is also frustrating. I sign up for classes based on what my body needs that day, and it's frustrating when the experience differs so dramatically from the description. I would've signed up for something else instead.
I love this yoga studio! I have been coming here for the last 2 years since I moved to Charlotte, and it is the only yoga studio I go to. The teachers are fantastic! I'm not a fan of hot yoga, and I'm so glad they offer "non hot" yoga, since it seems like every other studio in town typically just offers hot yoga! Sad that I won't be able to go anymore after moving to Philadelphia in a month, but glad I found this place and got to enjoy it for a while!!
I found Advanced Therapeutics when I was searching for pain relief massage. Jeff is absolutely wonderful. His knowledge of anatomy and function makes the massage very productive. He finds the root cause of the pain that radiates where I feel it. I feel so much better after the massage. I decided to try yoga with Theresa. I've done yoga in the past but always in classes. The time and attention she gives in one on one yoga is amazing. She addresses issues that I didn't even know I had. She is always making sure that I don't get hurt and still get a great workout. I have massages from Theresa where she learns more about my body to make yoga more effective and makes me feel great. It is always soothing and relaxing. She has a great touch. Both Jeff and Theresa are great people and dedicated to their craft and clients. I always look forward to our sessions.
I’ve done hot yoga all over, but CFYC was next level. The room is small enough to trap the heat and humidity so you really get that sweat you come for. They have great showers with soaps, shampoos, and lotion…and towels! The staff is lovely and I will definitely be back soon.
Club Pilates Dilworth location is great. JC does challenging, thoughtful, varied, full body workouts. Her classes are never boring and I always leave feeling satisfied with my workout! Check out her classes. Her control class is a favorite.
Pilates has definitely become my new obsession. The instructors are awesome. Alexis leads a strong class that challenges you. Lisamarie gets you moving and I love her tactile feedback to keep your form correct. I really enjoy Cyndi's classes also, she radiates positivity and happiness in her classes. Keep up the good work ladies!
Wanted to add in Demi is killing it on Friday mornings! Love to see how much she has evolved from the very beginning of teacher training to teaching her own classes and really love how excited she gets during class. Keep it up Demi!!
This is the best Pilates I have found in Charlotte. As a former professional dancer, I tend to be highly critical of instructors but this experience exceeded any of my expectations. Laney could spot every compensation or substitution my body tried to pull and cued and reduced resistance and repeated until I got it right. The session wasn’t a workout class but an exercise in movement efficiency and postural alignment. I left feeling taller and more balanced in my body. I highly recommend this studio.
Michele is one of the best, if not the best, pilates instructors I have ever had (and I have tried a lot of instructors over the past 10 years). She knows her craft and is passionate about doing right by her clients. She listens and watches, carefully- in order to cater the workout to the client and not the other way around. She is a pro. Don’t hesitate to sign up and try a class. You will be really glad you did.

I have joined club pilates Strawberry hills for 6+ months now and I am so happy! I love the studio. It is a small studio with 12 reformers if I am not mistaken. The classes vary and give you great options. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the classes fun and motivating! They always help when a modification is needed. I have recently taken classes with Ro and I love her classes! She is fantastic and so is Stacey! Alise is an amazing instructor as well; especially for your first classes. She really teaches you how to do the exercises correctly without getting hurt. If you have doubts about Pilates don't! This location is fantastic. Just book an intro class. You will be happy you did!
I have been coming here for over a year now, and every time I leave, I feel so much happier and better. The instructors are all SOOOO beyond kind, knowledgeable, professional, and upbeat. BK welcomes beginners and experts. I recommend this studio to anyone I can in and outside of the city. BK has become a staple in my fitness routine and without it I would not be complete. I have been doing Pilates for 7 years and it has transformed my mindset for body strength. Each and every class is different and engages the core in different ways. Every instructor I have taken classes from brings solid expertise and body awareness to teach us PROPER movement to give us the best strength through movement plus protecting us from moving incorrectly preventing injuries. I highly recommend Michelle who actually teaches the Masters Classes - she is patient, knows the technical aspect, and as a student of Pilates I want to move through each series with precision so I get the mind-body connection needed for strength, growth and physical fitness. There is not one instructor I would not take a class from here at South Providence or Strawberry Hill- these instructors are some of the best in the business!!
After major back surgery, my neurosurgeon recommended Pilates. I went to BK Pilates South Park, and had a private session with Catherine (Cathy) . The session was wonderful. I can see why my doctor recommended it. Cathy focused on safety while educating and gently challenging my abilities. I will definitely be back.
Sophia is a magician! Five stars doesn’t do justice to Lotus Balance. Past hip issues and recent shoulder surgery have left me tight and lacking full range of motion. After one session, I was able to get my right arm above and behind my back further than before my appointment. Sophia is extremely knowledgeable - the spots that I knew were the tightest, she was able to pinpoint within a second of touching them. She is very kind and welcoming, as is the rest of her staff. Excited to work with Sophia so I can get my body back to full health

Damian was phenomenal!!! I came in for a deep tissue body massage, as I hold lots of tension and stress in my neck and shoulder areas. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about every muscle, he did an amazing job decompressing and.relieving those tensed muscles at hand. Upon completion of session, I felt 90 percent better and relaxed! Will be coming back!

Joi and Yadi are exceptional at what they do. I was frustrated by chronic pain and the OTC remedies available. Nothing against Novant Health (who do work wonders in so may ways), but I decided to look into alternative therapies. I went in 6 weeks ago to discuss my plantar fasciitis, and we planned out a series of sessions to help reduce inflammation and rebuild the nerve pathways, including molecular hydrogen therapy, no-needle acupuncture and other holistic, non-invasive therapies. The pain in my heel has dramatically decreased, and I feel more intentioned after every session.
If you've been struggling with pain being just an expectation in your day-to-day life, I would schedule a free consultation (calling is better than the website form, IMHO) and discuss additional options that might exist.

went to Select Physical Therapy after a car accident and worked with Ryan, Rachel, and Corrine. I had pain in my shoulder and mid-back and couldn’t work out without pain. With each visit and each exercise, I improved both subtly and significantly, and it was clear they truly understood what was going on and how to address it the right way. What made them different was the focus on prevention—correct movement patterns, proper strengthening, and building a plan that lasts beyond the clinic. Ryan and his staff are high-level professionals and it shows in how they coach, correct, and care. I’d recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury who wants real long-term results.
From just 10 days after my ACL surgery, I had the incredible luck of being guided by the best PT team possible: Shannon, Ayisha, and Justin. From the very first appointment, they took the time to understand and align with my goal of playing soccer again, which meant everything to me.

I recently completed 20 sessions of physical therapy at Fyzical with Bart and Daniel, I have had multiple joint surgeries in the past and I have always struggled with balance issues. Fyzical specializes in this area, and it has specialized equipments and techniques for treating the patients with balance issues. Bart and his team thoroughly evaluate each new patient to develop a customized approach and a therapy plan for each patient. Daniel Chavez was assigned to work with me. Daniel worked with me on all the exercise routines and gave me complete attention and provided instant feedback and positive encouragement . He made me feel safe and secure. At Fyzical, Bart and his team treat you as a friend and part of the family and they gain your complete trust and make the whole experience enjoyable. My balance has since shown significant improvement. The treatment and the techniques I learned at this place help me every day. I've been treated at Fight Back Performance twice and I have been pleased with both experiences. The therapists are very hands on and I appreciated that the therapy is one on one. I've had other experiences where the therapists treated clients for a few minutes and then passed them on to an intern. Jackson explained everything he was going to do, talked me through the processs, and helped find relief for my pain in just a few weeks.
I experienced a severe sciatic nerve episode that left me incapacitated, I was in so much pain I could barely speak or breathe when I called in for an appointment. The staff quickly arranged an appointment for me to come in as soon as possible that same day. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door and escorted to my treatment room. The level of care and attention I received instantly put me at ease, I knew I would get the relief I needed and I absolutely did. Dr. Kim was attentive and gentle with treatment as he reassured me I was in the right place. After that treatment the pain stopped traveling down my left side, the numbness and nausea subsided. The team made arrangements for me to return the next day, I arrived hunched over in pain and struggling to walk. Immediately after the session I hopped off the table in disbelief I was able to stand upright and unassisted for the first time in 5 days! Dr. Kim and his staff are exceptional, the speed in which they got me in and the compassion each of them showed filled my heart with gratitude and I will forever be grateful their care.
I recommend acupuncture and a medical massage from them. I felt so good—it was a relaxing, soothing and healing experience.
Great venue for Traditional Chinese Medicine, at affordable rates. I would know, I have a TCM, 4 yr Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbology. I receive acupuncture every week - which I absolutely need and look forward to! The proof of efficacy stands out when I am not consistently scheduled weekly due to work or travel. Invariably, when this lapse in consistent care occurs, I might feel out of balance, or lacking focus, or my health issues might seem a little more pronounced, etc. I’ve received treatments from all of their TCM Master degreed practitioners, and love them all -
I couldn’t recommend this place more. I started seeing Dr.Kylie who is the most calm and kind person. I struggled with infertility for 3 years. At the beginning of the year I was getting ready to do another egg retrieval with IVF so I wanted to do all I could to better my chances. Dr.Kylie recommended Chinese herbs and doing a food sensitivity test to help with inflammation. After using these things the herbs and the Acupuncture, I became pregnant naturally for the first time. I also switched my prenatals and my husband started taking a variety of vitamins but I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today (18 weeks pregnant with my baby girl) without Dr.Kylie and Inner Peace.

I met Wendy 3 years ago at a retreat, my therapist and her coordinate. My heart feels warmed with her presence, she is very sweet and kind. I attended a second retreat with them and look forward to another one in the future. There’s many new things I experience with Wendy like her restorative yoga at the last retreat. After going to the chiropractor for a year, my back pain only worsened. My friend had recommended I try acupuncture, as it had helped her sprained ankle heal in THREE days!! I went to this place and after three visits, my back pain is practically gone. Keep in mind my back pain has been worsening for the last 6 years, and after just 3 appointments it's gone! I see people complaining about the price, but for this magic, it's well worth it. You can't be cheap when it comes to self care!! Amazing place, and would recommend to anyone with any issues.

Chett and Alana are incredible! Don’t look anywhere else to get your child ready for their permit! They had my daughter THOROUGHLY prepared with in class teaching and a 200 question practice test! She just took her permit test today and only missed 1 question. They are both great class and on the road instructors and just kind people overall. My daughter had so much fun each week in her lessons with them and can not say enough good fantastic things about them! You won’t regret it!
