I love this location! I had an unfortunate experience over the phone with an employee at the university location just now. So much so that I wanted to cancel my membership completely until…I called this location instead and got Stephanie. The way Stephanie was so professional and handled my situation with patience and care was truly just a relief. I was a little heated when I first got on the phone and in a matter of seconds she calmed me down and addressed all my concerns with genuine care. Shout out Stephanie for excellent customer service at Palm Beach , they wouldn’t have kept me as a customer if it wasn’t for Stephanie!!! Thanks for all your help...read full review
