Really great and honest company to work with. Such a pleasure in this day and age. They did a phenomenal job cleaning a very large Persian carpet That hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years plus they did a phenomenal repair on the edge and corners where my cats had played a little bit too rough. I recently used Bob’s Oriental Rugs to repair and clean a rug. The rug is in my front entrance so it gets lots of traffic. On one side the binding had become loose for a couple of inches.
They repaired and cleaned my rug perfectly. Now my entry looks perfect.
