MSI Charlotte provides a showroom and distribution center with over 450 surfacing products in 3,000 sq. ft. The selection includes granite, quartzite, marble, and quartz countertops, along with a variety of flooring and backsplash tiles, such as luxury vinyl, porcelain, and ceramic. Customers find the staff friendly and knowledgeable, with Courtney receiving significant praise for her helpfulness in picking out shades of slabs and her support during remodels. She is described as a GEM, explaining differences between pieces and leading customers to the right slabs. The aesthetic of MSI is warm and inviting, not intimidating. MSI has counter, flooring, tile and more, making it worth a trip to their showroom.
Had a tremendous experience at MSI Surfaces, Charlotte, North Carolina. Both my wife and I visited the store for our needs for new home construction and have had multiple visits there. Their staff is very helpful and very accommodating. In particular, I would like to recognize Jess Petrucci and Rajshi Shah who have helped us tremendously in navigating our process of home building with our tile selections. I would recommend this place to everyone who is interested in getting quality products from an extremely friendly team that go over and beyond to accommodate your needs.
Caroline and Gabby provided excellent customer service! Both staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions regarding the quartz and tile options.
The best! I made 4 trips and Jess Petrucci helped me every time. She was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I finally picked out my gorgeous slab of soapstone! Can’t wait!
