MSI is the best stone showroom that we have visited in Charlotte. The stone slabs are very well lit and are organized by a preprinted sheet that facilitates keeping track of favorite pieces. Joanna was very patient and provided lots of helpful information, as did Caitlyn. The whole experience was positive from the time we entered the front door until we chose our slabs.
Tiffany was absolutely the best! Greeted us with a smile, listened to what we were interest in, and showed us the perfect selection the first time! We looked at everything, but came back to her selection. She nailed it! They have a beautiful showroom with every imaginable design choice. One stop shopping!
Jess at MSI Charlotte has been incredibly helpful in assisting us with all of the interior tile and exterior hardscape for our new build home. She works tirelessly to make sure you achieve the look that you want, making suggestions and just overall going above and beyond.
