They were helpful in answering my questions and provided me some suggestions in response to my questions. . They were on time and did excellent work with installing new locks and door handles and new keys and everything looks and works great I will call them anytime I need a locksmith
Eastway Lock & Key did an excellent job fixing our entrance door lock at our Kingdom Hall. The key wouldn’t turn fully to lock or unlock, and Alex came out right on time within the service window. Even on a really hot day, he stayed professional, down‑to‑earth, and easy to talk to. He walked me through what he thought the issue was, offered different solutions, and even went above and beyond to check other parts of the door that could’ve caused the problem. I really appreciated his honesty, recommendations, and effort. I’d definitely recommend Eastway Lock & Key.
Alex was the technician that came to my house on time and ready for the job. He has an outstanding attitude, work ethic and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend EL&K for all your security locking needs. I have been a customer for years andthey have never disappointed me.
