I would recommend CSL for skin issues. After suffering a year with severe eczema Dr. McLean finally helped me find the relief I need. She and her assistants were very attentive, caring and thorough in treating me. Much more professional than the doctor I'd previously seen at another practice. I love the staff upstairs, but those working the front desk downstairs are another situation altogether. They can use some serious customer service training. They are not inviting or engaging at all and make you feel unwelcome. If I based my visit on them alone, I would not recommend CSL at all!

I can't say enough good things about Kammie Zeter, PA-C at Charlotte Skin & Laser. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly heard.
What stood out most was how thorough she is. She took her time with my full skin exam and didn't rush a single step. At the same time, her approach is refreshingly conservative — she only recommends what you actually need, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing what's right for each patient.
