I recently moved to Charlotte and scheduled an annual skin check. My appointment was with one of the PAs, Laura Smith. I arrived early, did a minimal amount of paperwork and was immediately taken to an exam room. The medical assistant went through some additional medical history questions and then asked me to prepare for the exam. Ms. Smith and the medical assistant returned a few minutes later and performed the exam. She did a biopsy on one spot and froze another. She took her time and was very thorough. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, pleasant, and very professional. I highly recommend this practice.
Very informative description of my condition with clear communication of successive and timeline based steps for treatment. Very grateful to be seen by the highly experienced Dr. Nixon.While there, I took advantage of the large touchscreens to learn more about various topics related to my visit.
