Easy to find location. Schedule online my appt time for a pedicure. Pricing and details of services were online. The spa was nice, clean and as I showed up was greeted by a young man. I waited 20mins before I was placed at the pedicure chair. It was a Sunday and they were steady flow of customers coming in. The older lady who did my pedicure did a wonderful job!

How did I just find out about this place?? They have extremely reasonable prices.1. They’re located right by the Total Wine (plenty of parking)2. Fantastic customer service from reception to the lovely nail techs3. The place is spotless4. They were swift without rushing, meticulous, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They put dip powder on my natural nail and it doesn’t look clunky at all; they got ingrowns out with no pain; once my nails were done, they even retrimmed my cuticles and fixed the tiniest imperfections (way more than the usual care I’m used to elsewhere). Neo NailSpa is my absolute favorite nail salon. Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. They were so nice and my nails loved every moment.
