Such a safe, serene and healing space. Liz is very intuitive and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to go again, this is my favorite massage ever and truly considers our mind and body as a whole.

Liz is absolutely the best Thai massage I have had. Two times now and my muscles are so happy. They are stretching and feel great. No soreness or pain just more relaxed muscles (the better to do yoga) My muscles are tightened from computer work day in and day out for years. They are slowly loosening. Liz takes her time and is the calmest person. She is good at what she does and has a great attitude.

Great experience from start to finish. Liz was very knowledgeable about Thai massage, cupping, meditation and sound therapy. She listened to and targeted my areas of need. I left feeling relaxed and with better range of motion. I also immediately scheduled my next appointment. Highly recommend!
