I can't begin to tell how great this company is. All 3 of the plumbers that were here were thorough, intelligent, efficient, and overall great people. These guys know their stuff. They knocked out our rough in for our addition for 3 full bathrooms in 2 days and then completed the vanity, trim and water heater installation in another 2 days. Best experience ever. Don't call anyone else but them, I promise, you won't be disappointed at all.
I highly recommend Collin and Bliss Plumbing for any plumbing or well system issues! I was dealing with a low water pressure. Collin was prompt, diagnosed the issues immediately, and worked efficiently to get the water back on running perfectly. My water is working great now. Thank you.
Needed a tub pan repair so I called around and found Bliss. I made an appt where they stated it would be a $75 travel fee and $125 diagnostic. I had to cancel due to work but when I rescheduled I heard a new diagnostic fee of up to $225. I asked what happened to the $125? And was told oh ok we can honor that. First red flag. Got a text that stated tech would come between 12-2p, hopped in the shower at 1040am…”tech is on the way” already. Had to rush. When he gets here, I simply tell him about the pan issue that I described before and he tells me there’s nothing he can do and charges $75.
