I will say the service can be a little slow. But when you want someone to give extra time for your cat, wouldn't you want them to take the exact same amount of time? So if you're willing to be patient to wait a little bit, it's completely worth it. The staff is very friendly. They all have been there obviously for a while. I do recommend these people for your cat care. We have multiple clients that go there. And as well, our cats. We had a cat have a leg removed due to a sarcoma.I think she did a phenomenal job.The surgery looks great.She's healing fast and the sutures look awesome.
Incredible location. Everyone is so kind. They all seem to really devoted to providing top-level care to every cat who comes in. Dr. Moses is deeply knowledgeable in feline health and behavior, I can always be sure my cats are getting the best possible care in Charlotte, here.
I'm really glad I chose a feline only veterinary hospital for my cat. Everyone from the receptionists to the vet herself were kind, patient, calm and caring. The vet tech handled my cat like she had known her for years and Lily was very calm. They gave her a thorough exam. When she became anxious they would stop and let her get down and investigate the room and then try again. When they found that Lily needed additional sedative medication to do a couple tests that they needed to do, I was able to leave her while they administered more medication, gave it time to work,and performed testing when she was calm.
