I look forward to my Mood House massage and infrared sauna every month. The space immediately calms you with excellent natural light, friendly staff and fresh, lemon water. In my years of being a member, I've had over a dozen different therapists, and they've all been excellent. There's a lot of customization possible at Mood House — where you want the therapist to focus, your "mood" or the scent you want, music (lyrics or no lyrics) and you can add on an infrared sauna. I highly recommend doing the whole 9-yards — they even give you a cute robe, basket and slides to walk from the massage room to the sauna.

Mood house has such a nice aura there, I have gotten massages and used the sauna and everyone there is so calm and lovely. I have tried several massage therapist, all have been great, I personally go to Victoria and she is amazing and attentive. 10/10 recommend, get yourself there <3

I got a massage from Taj and it was absolutely incredible. I don’t get massages often, but I decided to treat myself after a stressful week. He made me (a woman) feel welcomed, comfortable, and respected. I was always aware of where he was in the room or moving to on my body, so I never felt surprised- just relaxed. I had him do hard pressure and he did a great job relieving the stress from my body. I could tell he truly knew what he was doing and was really good at it! Would definitely recommend to anyone, man or woman!
