I asked Wei to leave my beard and mustache long for a Halloween costume I am planning this year, so please just trim it, except the sides. Instead it trimmed everything down to next to nothing. I expect the issue was the language barrier, because I asked him to trim the sides closer at one point and next thing I knew he has trimmed off most of my beard. He did a good job of giving me the beard I did not want though, I will give him that. Haircut was fine too. EDIT: It was Winter who was the barber, not Wei.
The barber is very professional, patient, and always provides excellent service. shop is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I come here every month for my haircut and have consistently had a great experience. the best barbershop in Charlotte. Highly recommend
