Sophia is a magician! Five stars doesn’t do justice to Lotus Balance. Past hip issues and recent shoulder surgery have left me tight and lacking full range of motion. After one session, I was able to get my right arm above and behind my back further than before my appointment. Sophia is extremely knowledgeable - the spots that I knew were the tightest, she was able to pinpoint within a second of touching them. She is very kind and welcoming, as is the rest of her staff. Excited to work with Sophia so I can get my body back to full health
About Lotus Balance Massage Spa
Lotus Balance Massage offers specialized pain therapy and tightness therapy led by a licensed massage therapist with expertise in deep tissue, orthopedic, and sports massage techniques. Clients praise the therapist for her ability to target chronic and acute problems effectively, finding knots and tension that others have missed. Many visitors have experienced significant relief from neck pain, back stiffness, and muscle spasms, with some feeling 90% better after just one session. One client, who suffered from severe muscle spasms after a fall, found relief that traditional physical therapy could not provide. Several customers noted that their pain, including headaches and neck pain, was greatly reduced, allowing them to turn their heads without pain and feel lasting relief for days. Some initial discomfort might occur, but the therapist explains the process and helps clients experience substantial pain relief. Appointments are recommended to be made via phone messages for the best experience.
