The exact sports massage experience I was looking for throughout my marathon training. Highly recommend Stephen - he is so knowledgable and good at what he does - and his energy is so soothing and comforting. Booked a 90 minute massage for clicking in my shoulder I’ve had a few years, after just one session my shoulder clicking is gone - will definitely be back. Michael is a very efficient, professional and intuitive therapist. Indispensable part of a weight training regimen, my only regret is not booking sooner.

An excellent experience!Adrienne spent a lot of time with me, explained everything, and her massage was amazingly therapeutic for my knee injury. I wish I had seen her much sooner to help with my knee injury!
