I’ve done hot yoga all over, but CFYC was next level. The room is small enough to trap the heat and humidity so you really get that sweat you come for. They have great showers with soaps, shampoos, and lotion…and towels! The staff is lovely and I will definitely be back soon.
CFYC is an AMAZING Yoga studio with even more amazing Teachers and participants. When I began here, I was new to Yoga but was never made to feel that way. I’ve always felt welcomed and personally seen and I notice it not just for myself, but for everyone who enters the doors. I am challenged in every class I take and I’m so grateful for all the kind souls I’ve encountered since beginning my Yoga practice at Charlotte Family Yoga Concord!
I love Charlotte Family Yoga! I’ve been attending on passes for the past year, but am pulling the trigger to become a member. I am 100% in love with their hot yoga. (To my surprise). The classes are FUN, invigorating, and they are helping me increase my strength and form. The owners, Vicie & Kara, are wonderful humans and incredibly talented instructors. All of the instructors bring their own style and deliver top notch classes. I couldn’t imagine my life without their yoga studio. I’m very grateful I tried the $50 two week beginner pass last March. I look forward to my classes each week!
