We hosted our wellness event at Charlotte Family Yoga and had the BEST time! Vicie was such an amazing instructor. She made everyone feel so welcome and reminded us that yoga truly is for everyone. The class was so refreshing, and our guests left the studio feeling full, grounded, and happy.

To make it even more special, all class proceeds were donated to Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, which made our bookish hearts so grateful for such an incredible collaboration.

If you haven’t been to Charlotte Family Yoga yet, you need to go take a class! Run, don’t walk ..sign up already 🩵

Took a yoga class with Vicey and it made me realize how much I missed yoga (hadn’t done it in years). She was so inclusive of all levels and capabilities. I would highly recommend taking her class if you’re looking for a great instructor!

I’ve done hot yoga all over, but CFYC was next level. The room is small enough to trap the heat and humidity so you really get that sweat you come for. They have great showers with soaps, shampoos, and lotion…and towels! The staff is lovely and I will definitely be back soon.
