Their professionalism is evident through attentive customer service, prompt follow-ups, and quick resolutions to any issues. The team works thoroughly, including addressing yard repairs needed after tree removal. They are also known for their honesty, such as when they declined to save money by dumping mulch at a cheaper location after removing a neighbor's tree. Overall, Heartwood Tree Service is highly recommended for their expertise, integrity, and dedication to maintaining healthy trees in the community.
Probably the best tree care company in Charlotte, a but on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for. Very excellent at actually taking care of trees and not just cutting them down.
Can do all kinds of treatments to extend the life and protect the health of your back yard bird-houses.
Can handle the biggest trees Charlotte has to offer. Crews are always careful when they work and go the extra mile for cleanup and protecting property.
Wow. Byrd, Jack, and Makhi did an absolutely fantastic job removing a couple of trees and pruning all the rest. They had all their safety equipment and left my yard in better condition than when they arrived. True professionals. Heartwood has a new loyal customer.
We have worked with Heartwood Tree Care several times, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Most recently, the light blue crew — Byrd, Jack, and Khi — did an outstanding job taking care of our tree trimming needs.
They were incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful of our property. They not only did a great job trimming our trees, but also went above and beyond by providing additional support for some heavy limbs that had split. Their attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was done safely and properly really stood out.
