I have had my water heater one year and am waiting for the plumber to come do the first flush. I do not understand why the company cannot give an estimate of when they show up other than sometime during the date they are coming out. I can understand if they give a block of time but they did not. They are partnered with One Hour Heating and Air and they do give a block of time.
