Your tech (Joe) showed up and performed very well.One of our primary controllers went offline, due to a faulty power wire configuration; we was unable to remotely reset the device.The Joe pulled the reader off the wall, methodically checked the wiring, reset the reader, and brought it back up.Buttoned everything up and the system came back online.Outstanding work.The Joe’s knowledge, experience and methodical troubleshooting process was greatly appreciated.He looked at a secondary issue and recommended replacing an exterior reader, we are looking forward to the quote.Thank you for the terrific response and help!
