Mi was my nail tech I got a pedicure she was great fisrt time I had wax on my feet it felt amazing I'm from Wilmington NC and when I come back to Charlotte I will be coming in for a pedicure
It was a really great experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and everyone was so kind. Kim did my nails and was very attentive and gave a great hand massage. Ann did my pedicure which was great! Mai did my niece’s nails and was very gentle with her. And they remembered my name right away even tho it was my first time and the owner I believe kept checking in to see how I was enjoying things. If you want a peaceful nail experience this is the place to come!
Great customer service. My first time going as a new resident of Charlotte. Jennifer & Kim were amazing. I got an eyebrow wax, gel pedicure, and gel finger polish. They constantly asked if I was satisfied. They assisted with getting my color correct. Very thorough neat job. I will be returning!
