Brought in our (at the time) 4 month old standard poodle for his first big grooming! My husband & I have been giving him baths and blow drying at home, brushing him daily to desensitize him before going to get professionally groomed & the staff said that did help a lot for his appointment as he was well behaved & let them do their magic. All things considered he is a puppy that was getting groomed for the 1st time which usually doesn’t go that well, his size being under 30 pounds, and his coat being 5+ inches long with a combo of puppy coat. & curls - the price was good at $80. I was happy to pay! The staff all were so wonderful, efficient, finished ahead of the estimated time and our boy returned a whole new dog! He smelled wonderful, was so soft, and very handsome. We can’t wait to go back!

I got my eyebrows microshaded by Amelia and she did a wonderful! We worked together on a plan on how we were going to get them shaped and they look beautiful! The pain was minimal and she was super gentle. Her loft was super clean and she took the time to show me that everything was clean and sanitized to make me feel more secure. I would totally recommend her to everyone!
Went to my first class this morning with Elinor. I had a great time and have felt great all day. Thankful there is such a beautiful studio in Matthews. Also, am very appreciative of the early morning class times which are the only options that work for my weekday schedule. Hoping there will be even more 5:45AMs on the schedule in the future but for now I’ll be taking advantage of Monday and Friday! This studio also offers a variety of class packs and memberships that make it easy to get a good value for any routine. I am so happy I found this place!
Update: I am now a regular at the MWF early classes and loving it. I even squeeze in a class on the weekends sometimes! The pace is perfect: challenging but not stressful with opportunities to modify or push yourself. I feel accomplished when I leave! Elinor and Kacey are standout instructors and I love love love my practice now. Thank you MYC!!!!

I just happened to stumble on this shop as I have lived in Matthews a very long time, but I am so glad I did. Dericus, the owner, was amazing with all my kids, but went over the top for my 3.5 year old who is on the autism spectrum. He made us feel so comfortable and welcomed which can be hard to find places that makes an autism mama feel so at ease. He was able to do a wonderful trim for my son while he sat on the pool table. He was so calm and had so much patience with my son. Best barber shop around. My other boy’s also got a very good quality cut. We will for sure be going back!!

Awesome place! I've been long time customer at Matthews BarberShop 2 and decided to try something else out. These guys went beyond my expectations. I forgot my barbers name but he was in the middle, he did one of the nicest fades I've seen. Definitely coming back here again.

Fermin uses top-of-the-line, modern tools, and his attention to detail is unmatched. His work is consistently flawless. I rushed over to Fermin, explained what happened, and after giving me a well-deserved hard time for cheating on him, he got to work. This was my first time at Princess P and I will forever be going back! I read the reviews before picking one of the many nail salons within a 5 mile radius of my house and this salon exceeded my expectations. Sheila was the nicest and most accommodating individual as soon as I walked in the door. I can’t remember the young girl who did my pedicure but she was also amazing and so very thorough! My gel pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had and the color is sooooo delicious! Definitely coming back and bringing my young daughter with me next time!

I've tried so many salons in the area and none compare to the care, courtesy and professionalism of the people at Topline.
I saw this place on social media and decided to give them a try. Initially I checked their online site to book, however the availability was at least 4 to 5 weeks out so I gave them a call and I was pleasantly surprised that they had room for a KART dermal pedicure the following day I believe so I booked it. My appointment was with Master senior technician Casey. The location is in a small strip plaza, but the actual studio itself is nice and has a very inviting atmosphere and vibe. I was acknowledged by the studio manager (I believe and cannot recall her name at the moment but will update later) although she was with someone, she advised she’d be with me once done. They offer beverages and get you checked in. For the KART dermal pedicure you are taken back to a private setting room that is peaceful, with dim lighting, and very comfortable and relaxing. The technician has all the sanitized equipment/tools and lighting they need to have your feet looking and feeling brand new. I opted for a Milky white on white French gel polish pedicure and Casey did an amazingly outstanding job on my pedicure and the polish. An absolute 10/10. The price is worth it and should not be questioned along with giving at least a 20% tip or more. I 100% recommend. I booked for my next KART dermal pedicure during checkout at my appointment because they book up quickly. I had to catch the books once they opened online for June to schedule a manicure since there was no availability during my check out, but I look forward to adding those to my services as well. Thank you Mone’ Nail Art Studio for providing exactly what I needed and requested.

I’ve been coming to Shila for over 5 years now. Over the past five years, Shila and her team have been incredible with their professional professionalism and work ethic. She can do just about any design under the sun and very detail oriented. I’ve even referred five of my friends, and they are now longtime customers with her. She is also extremely affordable compared to other Charlotte salons. I pay about $40 - $70 to do a full set and design with her. I would definitely recommend making an appointment just because she can get booked super quickly. Would 10/10 recommend! Everyone on her team is super talented, welcoming and capable.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Lydian truly has magic hands — I absolutely loved my haircut, and my daughter’s haircut turned out beautiful as well. It was her very first haircut, and they made the whole experience so special and comfortable. Great experience yesterday at Aloha Wellness. The booking process was easy, and when I arrived everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was so friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable.
I booked a massage with Sauna, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and listened to what I needed for my problem areaa and sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was exactly what I needed — it helped a lot with pain relief and overall relaxation. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in.
I also appreciate that they offer things like float therapy and a red light sauna in the same space, I haven't been able to find that anywhere else locally. Overall, it was a calm, professional spa environment, and I’ll definitely be returning.

recently decided to get my first tattoo in my mid forties. I found the shop in recommendations online. When I arrived, I found the shop to be a very welcoming and professional artistic environment.
Manny took great care of me, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was going on and satisfied at every step of the process. He even helped me add some artistic flourishes to the basic design idea I came in with, making for an even better final result. I absolutely recommend this shop and Manny in all respects. I could not be more satisfied with my experience and my tattoos. Looking forward to getting many more.
I got my first full size tattoo with Maria and it was the best experience! The shop is very clean and everyone who was there was very welcoming and friendly. Maria is extremely talented and so light handed, I barely even cringed during the whole process, the worst part was the last little alcohol spray at the end lol. Their work is so beautiful and they gave me exactly what I was hoping for! 100% will be back in the future!

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Albert and Son’s plumbing. Josh came out and gave me an estimate after I got a really high estimate from another supposed “good” plumbing company. Not only were they way off on price after Josh got here he found the real problem and it wasn’t what the other company said at all! Josh worked very hard to fix it and was honest and very fair in price! Now I can return the new shower handle and move forward! If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and call Albert and Sons plumbing!! You won’t be sorry!

I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers. I was told if any problems were to arise, to give them a call and they would attend to it. Would definitely recommend this franchise!

Today I worked with Lisa - She is intelligent, caring, attentive, and. also going the extra mile to make sure I was not scared and that I was comfortable. She did a remarkable job on my teeth. I had also worked with Ashley, Nicole, and Heather. They are all wonderful. Not to mention Brittany! Met our new dentist today and was pleased with all that I found. Attentive front desk to welcome me and check details. Hygienist Lyn Harris was gentle with her probe and checked my teeth and photographed them all. Her clinic room was clean and organized. Easy to talk to she made me feel at ease as she explained each step of her cleaning of my teeth. She set up my next appointment, gave me a reminder card and a goody bag of floss, toothbrush and toothpaste. Dr. Patrick came in to welcome me to the office and chat for a while . He attended some schools I had experienced, so we had some common ground for our initial meeting! Am looking forward to future meetings as I get to know him better!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cheuvront. I’ve been seeing him since 2018, and he’s consistently provided exceptional care for my neck and back. I also visit regularly for routine adjustments, which help keep everything aligned and feeling great. Due to past wear and tear, my joints tend to stiffen up—but Dr. Cheuvront always knows exactly how to treat the issue. After each visit, I walk out of his office feeling like a million bucks. He is very pleasant with great bedside manner and I really appreciate the birthday cards he sends me every year!

I have a brain injury causing my eyes to have double vision. Through Dr. Musachio’s wisdom and care I have been able to get my eyes into alignment. To me this is just about miraculous as the neuro opthamologist told me there was nothing that could be done.

One of the best experiences I’ve had! I recently called fullwood to inquire about my dog & her red, swollen eye. We originally called our dogs normal vet & they couldn’t see us for 3 weeks but told us our dogs issues was extremely urgent. I submitted an online request for an appointment with Fullwood because my mom brings her cat here & has amazing things to say. Within 4 minutes of submitted my online request, I had someone from here calling me & getting me an appointment in the next 48 hrs! (I’m convinced it would have been sooner if we weren’t about to get a ton of snow!)
Upon arrival, they were very Accommodating of my dog being reactive to other pets & got is an exam room immediately to wait so we didn’t encounter other pets. They built trust with her immediately & were so gentle & kind. They made me feel comfortable asking all of my probably annoying & overbearing dog mom questions. I will no longer be taking my dogs to any other vet other than full wood, the 45 minute drive is so worth my dogs getting the best & quickest treatment!
The staff and Vet was more than the BEST when it came to care for my German Shepherd. We unfortunately had to put him down due to lung cancer and we were treated with so much love for us and especially for him. Dr. Miller went out of his way to make sure we were knowledgable, and felt valued. He understood we were losing a part of of our family and made sure this experience was the best it could be under the circumstances. I am forever grateful for how he handled it until the end and made sure to take the time to NEVER make us feel rushed. This veterinary is truly the best i have experienced and the staff aligns with the Vet's values.
They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.
We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.

They guided our dog Snow through a splenectomy to remove a 7+ lb mass. Dr. Hazavehi and the team treated Snow with genuine care and respect at every turn. They answered every question, never rushed us, and made Snow's comfort their priority throughout this process.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hospital! I was extremely nervous bringing my 12yr old chi mix in for a dental. She has a long list of health issues and I was terrified for her to undergo anesthesia. However, Dr. Reynolds and her team were extremely kind, caring and compassionate and kept me updated every step of the way. My baby soared through her dental/extractions without any complications and I will be forever grateful to them for taking such amazing care of her!
Brought in my Labrador retriever to them on Sunday after he had a really bad cough the night prior and they were able to diagnose and prescribe him what he needed same day!

Great vet. My 60lb dog does not get along well with others or people and they are very accommodating and have no issues seeing him. They take all kinds of animals. Would highly recommend. Only vet we have ever used.
Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nanfelt and her team are! We took our puppy, Milli, to their Huntersville location and were then referred to the Matthews location for an ultrasound. She was diagnosed with intussusception and required surgery. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with updates both before and after surgery, and the front desk team patiently answered all of our calls as very worried dog parents. Everyone was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our puppy’s care. We are so grateful for them and would definitely recommend! ?

They take their time and are careful with each dog. The whole process took about 3 hours for my Golden Retriever, and she came out looking gorgeous. They’re patient, listen to everything you ask for, and if something isn’t exactly how you wanted, they’re happy to fix it.

Brought in our (at the time) 4 month old standard poodle for his first big grooming! My husband & I have been giving him baths and blow drying at home, brushing him daily to desensitize him before going to get professionally groomed & the staff said that did help a lot for his appointment as he was well behaved & let them do their magic. All things considered he is a puppy that was getting groomed for the 1st time which usually doesn’t go that well, his size being under 30 pounds, and his coat being 5+ inches long with a combo of puppy coat. & curls - the price was good at $80. I was happy to pay! The staff all were so wonderful, efficient, finished ahead of the estimated time and our boy returned a whole new dog! He smelled wonderful, was so soft, and very handsome. We can’t wait to go back!
Went to my first class this morning with Elinor. I had a great time and have felt great all day. Thankful there is such a beautiful studio in Matthews. Also, am very appreciative of the early morning class times which are the only options that work for my weekday schedule. Hoping there will be even more 5:45AMs on the schedule in the future but for now I’ll be taking advantage of Monday and Friday! This studio also offers a variety of class packs and memberships that make it easy to get a good value for any routine. I am so happy I found this place!
Update: I am now a regular at the MWF early classes and loving it. I even squeeze in a class on the weekends sometimes! The pace is perfect: challenging but not stressful with opportunities to modify or push yourself. I feel accomplished when I leave! Elinor and Kacey are standout instructors and I love love love my practice now. Thank you MYC!!!!

This was my 3rd time getting PT at this location. I requested Brett, the same person I had last time. I had to have PT for a revised knee replacement. This location has such wonderful staff. The front desk check in and out is always so pleasant. They take time to remember your name so it makes it more personalized.
Brett is an amazing Physical Therapist. His calm demeanor is such a pleasure. He will work you (even if you don’t wanna move), but will listen when you say you are hurting. He tries to understand what is going on with you as a person. This time I had 21 visits and he absolutely tried his best to get me moving.
Today I graduated from PT and I hope I do not have to go back for something else, but if I do I would definitely use this location again.

This is just my second week and treatment with Tisha Paugh and her healing Acupuncture. I am amazed at my results!! This past week has been completely pain free. I have major injuries from an accident that are in my hip, pelvis and lower back. The amount of pain Iive with daily is terrible. SO..when I tell you this past week just from my 1st visit with Tisha, I have had NO PAIN AT ALL.. this is such an extreme pleasure to say. I'm looking forward to seeing what my 2nd visit today and then this next week's results will be!!
Amazing!!! I can’t say enough about Michelle and how she has helped me avoid hand (trigger finger) and foot surgery (Morton’s neuroma), both are devastating surgeries. She has also helped with back and muscle pain that have all helped me live a full and pain free life.
