Brought in our (at the time) 4 month old standard poodle for his first big grooming! My husband & I have been giving him baths and blow drying at home, brushing him daily to desensitize him before going to get professionally groomed & the staff said that did help a lot for his appointment as he was well behaved & let them do their magic. All things considered he is a puppy that was getting groomed for the 1st time which usually doesn’t go that well, his size being under 30 pounds, and his coat being 5+ inches long with a combo of puppy coat. & curls - the price was good at $80. I was happy to pay! The staff all were so wonderful, efficient, finished ahead of the estimated time and our boy returned a whole new dog! He smelled wonderful, was so soft, and very handsome. We can’t wait to go back!

Jack Goldstein will tell you the correct, concise answer, and on those rare occasions he does not know teh answer, he will research it for you and get back with you promptly. CPAs Nikki Shoulders and Emily Karr at the firm are also top notch. They get very busy at tax season, so you must get your information to them early!

I got my eyebrows microshaded by Amelia and she did a wonderful! We worked together on a plan on how we were going to get them shaped and they look beautiful! The pain was minimal and she was super gentle. Her loft was super clean and she took the time to show me that everything was clean and sanitized to make me feel more secure. I love Matthews Yoga Collective! Living in Matthews there weren’t a ton of class options and I stumbled upon MYC through ClassPass. It is a great spot with the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met at a workout location. Everyone is a mix of ages and levels, so you will never feel left out or behind. My favorite class is the Power Sculpt not only for the workout but Noel is one of the best instructors and people I have ever encountered. She makes class fun and go by fast (in a good way). It is my new must have in my routine because I leave sweating but smiling!
I booked this massage after seeing the pictures with sound healing equipment. As a sound healer and energy healer myself, it has been hard to find a massage therapist that uses these instruments in their sessions. I left feeling floaty in the best way and completely balanced. I will be back and I would recommend my friends to see Alex. It is very clear that he knows what he is doing and intertwines different healing modalities to leave you feeling at peace.
Amanda is very good at cutting as well as coloring my hair. She is so talented that I drive 3 hours from the beach. She is worth it. Love ❤️ her.

She cut and dyed my hair exactly how I wanted it, even though i asked for highlights of two different colors she managed to work with that and have the end result showing the two colors perfectly! Shes very nice and always does her best to do what you want while always making sure that you're satisfied with what shes doing throughout the process.

I just happened to stumble on this shop as I have lived in Matthews a very long time, but I am so glad I did. Dericus, the owner, was amazing with all my kids, but went over the top for my 3.5 year old who is on the autism spectrum. He made us feel so comfortable and welcomed which can be hard to find places that makes an autism mama feel so at ease. He was able to do a wonderful trim for my son while he sat on the pool table. He was so calm and had so much patience with my son. Best barber shop around. My other boy’s also got a very good quality cut. We will for sure be going back!!

I absolutely love Princess P! Every time I come here, they make me feel like royalty. The atmosphere is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the entire staff is so kind and attentive. My best friend and I come every 2½ weeks for our manicures and pedicures, and it has truly become one of our favorite routines.
What I appreciate most is how honest and helpful they are. If I show them something I found on Instagram, they take the time to explain exactly what colors, finishes, and techniques would be needed, whether it’s chrome, cat eye, or another style. They are also incredibly knowledgeable about what looks best for your skin tone, nail shape, and even the shape of your hands. I really value that they’ll be honest and let you know if a different color or shape might suit you better, while still always making sure you get the final look you want.
As someone who didn’t regularly get my nails done before, I truly appreciate how much guidance and support they provide. They really talk you through what works best and help you achieve your nail goals while making sure you look and feel your best.
Their pricing is great, the salon is always spotless, and they do an amazing job without making you spend your entire day there. It’s hard to find a place that delivers both quality and efficiency, but Princess P does exactly that. They also offer so many other services, and everyone on staff is excellent at what they do.

I've tried so many salons in the area and none compare to the care, courtesy and professionalism of the people at Topline.
I saw this place on social media and decided to give them a try. Initially I checked their online site to book, however the availability was at least 4 to 5 weeks out so I gave them a call and I was pleasantly surprised that they had room for a KART dermal pedicure the following day I believe so I booked it. My appointment was with Master senior technician Casey. The location is in a small strip plaza, but the actual studio itself is nice and has a very inviting atmosphere and vibe. I was acknowledged by the studio manager (I believe and cannot recall her name at the moment but will update later) although she was with someone, she advised she’d be with me once done. They offer beverages and get you checked in. For the KART dermal pedicure you are taken back to a private setting room that is peaceful, with dim lighting, and very comfortable and relaxing. The technician has all the sanitized equipment/tools and lighting they need to have your feet looking and feeling brand new. I opted for a Milky white on white French gel polish pedicure and Casey did an amazingly outstanding job on my pedicure and the polish. An absolute 10/10. The price is worth it and should not be questioned along with giving at least a 20% tip or more. I 100% recommend. I booked for my next KART dermal pedicure during checkout at my appointment because they book up quickly. I had to catch the books once they opened online for June to schedule a manicure since there was no availability during my check out, but I look forward to adding those to my services as well. Thank you Mone’ Nail Art Studio for providing exactly what I needed and requested.

I’ve been going to Sharon at Metropolitan Studio of Esthetics for about 7 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. I’ve had chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other treatments, and every single time she’s been consistent, thorough, and intentional with what my skin actually needs.

Great experience yesterday at Aloha Wellness. The booking process was easy, and when I arrived everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was so friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable.
I booked a massage with Sauna, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and listened to what I needed for my problem areaa and sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was exactly what I needed — it helped a lot with pain relief and overall relaxation. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in.
I also appreciate that they offer things like float therapy and a red light sauna in the same space, I haven't been able to find that anywhere else locally. Overall, it was a calm, professional spa environment, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Natalie & the Cutie Patootie team were absolutely awesome! recently decided to get my first tattoo in my mid forties. I found the shop in recommendations online. When I arrived, I found the shop to be a very welcoming and professional artistic environment.
Manny took great care of me, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was going on and satisfied at every step of the process. He even helped me add some artistic flourishes to the basic design idea I came in with, making for an even better final result. I absolutely recommend this shop and Manny in all respects. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Albert and Son’s plumbing. Josh came out and gave me an estimate after I got a really high estimate from another supposed “good” plumbing company. Not only were they way off on price after Josh got here he found the real problem and it wasn’t what the other company said at all! Josh worked very hard to fix it and was honest and very fair in price! Now I can return the new shower handle and move forward! If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and call Albert and Sons plumbing!! You won’t be sorry!

I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers. I was told if any problems were to arise, to give them a call and they would attend to it. Would definitely recommend this franchise!

I have been a patient of Dr. Patrick's since 2013. He and his staff are very professional and friendly. They always put my comfort first and take the time to answer any questions I might have. Dr. Patrick does not do any unnecessary procedures but he is also very practical about your needs and will let you know when it it time to take care of something that you might have been post-poning. I will be seeing him until he retires which, I hope, is many years from now.

One of the best experiences I’ve had! I recently called fullwood to inquire about my dog & her red, swollen eye. We originally called our dogs normal vet & they couldn’t see us for 3 weeks but told us our dogs issues was extremely urgent. I submitted an online request for an appointment with Fullwood because my mom brings her cat here & has amazing things to say. Within 4 minutes of submitted my online request, I had someone from here calling me & getting me an appointment in the next 48 hrs! (I’m convinced it would have been sooner if we weren’t about to get a ton of snow!)
Upon arrival, they were very Accommodating of my dog being reactive to other pets & got is an exam room immediately to wait so we didn’t encounter other pets. They built trust with her immediately & were so gentle & kind. They made me feel comfortable asking all of my probably annoying & overbearing dog mom questions. I will no longer be taking my dogs to any other vet other than full wood, the 45 minute drive is so worth my dogs getting the best & quickest treatment!
The staff and Vet was more than the BEST when it came to care for my German Shepherd. We unfortunately had to put him down due to lung cancer and we were treated with so much love for us and especially for him. Dr. Miller went out of his way to make sure we were knowledgable, and felt valued. He understood we were losing a part of of our family and made sure this experience was the best it could be under the circumstances. I am forever grateful for how he handled it until the end and made sure to take the time to NEVER make us feel rushed. This veterinary is truly the best i have experienced and the staff aligns with the Vet's values.
They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.
We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.

I had a fantastic experience here at Skyline (blue pearl) with Cardiology Dr. M. (Sorry I do not remember her full name) and the technicians that worked with my 2 cats. They were extremely professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process and explained in full why they were doing certain tests which I am so appreciative of! I have never had such a great experience at a hospital before (they communicate better than human hospitals!!!) we will be returning for ongoing yearly cardiology appointments as recommended. If my kitties ever need any other services I will be taking them here from now on. Also- the receptionist was so kind and professional!

Plantation Animal Clinic is absolutely exceptional! We've trusted them with checkups for our two dogs for a couple years now, but this past week proved why they're special.
They guided our dog Snow through a splenectomy to remove a 7+ lb mass. Dr. Hazavehi and the team treated Snow with genuine care and respect at every turn. They answered every question, never rushed us, and made Snow's comfort their priority throughout this process.
They've given us more time with Snow. That's a gift we can never fully repay. If you want veterinarians who combine skill with compassion, this is your clinic.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hospital! I was extremely nervous bringing my 12yr old chi mix in for a dental. She has a long list of health issues and I was terrified for her to undergo anesthesia. However, Dr. Reynolds and her team were extremely kind, caring and compassionate and kept me updated every step of the way. My baby soared through her dental/extractions without any complications and I will be forever grateful to them for taking such amazing care of her!
We recently had to make the difficult decision to put our dog down, and we are so grateful for the compassionate care we received. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She explained every step of the process with clarity and gentleness, not only to us but also to our children. Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nanfelt and her team are! We took our puppy, Milli, to their Huntersville location and were then referred to the Matthews location for an ultrasound. She was diagnosed with intussusception and required surgery. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with updates both before and after surgery, and the front desk team patiently answered all of our calls as very worried dog parents. Everyone was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our puppy’s care. We are so grateful for them and would definitely recommend! ?

Brought in our (at the time) 4 month old standard poodle for his first big grooming! My husband & I have been giving him baths and blow drying at home, brushing him daily to desensitize him before going to get professionally groomed & the staff said that did help a lot for his appointment as he was well behaved & let them do their magic. All things considered he is a puppy that was getting groomed for the 1st time which usually doesn’t go that well, his size being under 30 pounds, and his coat being 5+ inches long with a combo of puppy coat. & curls - the price was good at $80. I was happy to pay! The staff all were so wonderful, efficient, finished ahead of the estimated time and our boy returned a whole new dog! He smelled wonderful, was so soft, and very handsome. We can’t wait to go back!
I love Matthews Yoga Collective! Living in Matthews there weren’t a ton of class options and I stumbled upon MYC through ClassPass. It is a great spot with the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met at a workout location. Everyone is a mix of ages and levels, so you will never feel left out or behind. My favorite class is the Power Sculpt not only for the workout but Noel is one of the best instructors and people I have ever encountered. She makes class fun and go by fast (in a good way). It is my new must have in my routine because I leave sweating but smiling!

I booked this massage after seeing the pictures with sound healing equipment. As a sound healer and energy healer myself, it has been hard to find a massage therapist that uses these instruments in their sessions. I left feeling floaty in the best way and completely balanced. I will be back and I would recommend my friends to see Alex. It is very clear that he knows what he is doing and intertwines different healing modalities to leave you feeling at peace.

Brian provides movement and feedback to help retrain movement patterns to avoid injury. I love that I also get the why behind the movement. The extensive video form feedback has been so helpful !!

I had a GREAT experience at Novant Health PT Solutions. Lauren is an Elite Physical Therapist! I have rehabbed 3 separate knee surgeries as well as other sports related injuries in the past. Last year I had been in 2 car accidents, and Lauren helped me train, heal up, and get into better shape than before the accidents! All of the Therapists there, as well as the front desk crew were amazing! I actually looked forward to my sessions every time. This is just my second week and treatment with Tisha Paugh and her healing Acupuncture. I am amazed at my results!! This past week has been completely pain free. I have major injuries from an accident that are in my hip, pelvis and lower back. The amount of pain Iive with daily is terrible.
