After the technician arrived, it took just under an hour to expertly dismantle our aging A/C system. His attention to detail and clear explanations made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Miller contracting completed the initial install in our newly built home in 2006 (20 years ago). I cannot believe that much time has passed. We have never had a problem they couldn't fix within a day or two and they have always been very forthright with the issues. They have never pushed unnecessary repairs and always answer all of my questions. We did have to get two new HVAC units within the last couple of years and they were very fair with their pricing. I see some poor reviews here and I know everyone has different experiences but I'm genuinely surprised given my own experiences.
Eric came out a couple of weeks ago to fix leak behind washing machine. Don’t a great job. Han another leak under the house when I came home from work on a Friday. Jesse came to house. He worked until 10:30 that night to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company. Dekota and Curtis done a complete water and sewer replacement under the house. They worked late on first day. Finished job in a timely manner. Even after I requested an extra attachment. I have used this company before. They have been honest with me. I will recommend them to others.

She cut and dyed my hair exactly how I wanted it, even though i asked for highlights of two different colors she managed to work with that and have the end result showing the two colors perfectly! Shes very nice and always does her best to do what you want while always making sure that you're satisfied with what shes doing throughout the process.
Over the last year+ I’ve been a client of Tabitha’s and it has been the most impactful salon experience of my life! I have thought about extensions for years due to hair loss and insecurity around my fine hair. Melissa took her time with me making sure we picked out the best coloring and treatments for my hair. I couldn't believe it when I was done. I moved to the beach and had been going to another barber in Calabash, NC until I moved back to Charlotte recently. I did my checking trying to find a good barber glad I found Brain at Bell's Barber Shop in Matthews. I will be a customer from now on.

Came in for a gel pedicure, the salon was spotless, super clean and by far the most comfortable massage chairs I have been in. My pedicure was perfect, she was very detail oriented, gave me a great foot massage and painted my toes perfectly. Overall I am extremely satisfied and look forward to returning!

Great experience yesterday at Aloha Wellness. The booking process was easy, and when I arrived everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was so friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable.
I booked a massage with Sauna, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and listened to what I needed for my problem areaa and sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was exactly what I needed — it helped a lot with pain relief and overall relaxation. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in.
I also appreciate that they offer things like float therapy and a red light sauna in the same space, I haven't been able to find that anywhere else locally. Overall, it was a calm, professional spa environment, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Natalie & the Cutie Patootie team were absolutely awesome! We had to have the party at a community center since the studio was still under construction and the team made my daughter and her friends feel so special and the room looked so cute. I got my eyebrows microshaded by Amelia and she did a wonderful! We worked together on a plan on how we were going to get them shaped and they look beautiful! The pain was minimal and she was super gentle. Her loft was super clean and she took the time to show me that everything was clean and sanitized to make me feel more secure. I would totally recommend her to everyone!

recently decided to get my first tattoo in my mid forties. I found the shop in recommendations online. When I arrived, I found the shop to be a very welcoming and professional artistic environment.
Manny took great care of me, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was going on and satisfied at every step of the process. He even helped me add some artistic flourishes to the basic design idea I came in with, making for an even better final result. I absolutely recommend this shop and Manny in all respects. As someone who just got their ears repierced after over a decade and has a chronic illness, I cannot recommend this place enough. Working with Lena and Rin was an absolute pleasure. They take the time to get to know you and educate you about whatever it is you're having done while answering any questions you may have after your appointment via phone both quickly and professionally.
I also plan to get my first tattoo here when I can and already have a consultation set up with Thomas, one of their talented artists.
Regardless of whether you're a nervous first timer for piercings or tattoos or a veteran of body modification, you will be well taken care of here. 5/5 Stars; Would came back just to hang out with these wonderful people.

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Albert and Son’s plumbing. Josh came out and gave me an estimate after I got a really high estimate from another supposed “good” plumbing company. Not only were they way off on price after Josh got here he found the real problem and it wasn’t what the other company said at all! Josh worked very hard to fix it and was honest and very fair in price! Now I can return the new shower handle and move forward! If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and call Albert and Sons plumbing!! You won’t be sorry!

I used Boaz company to do a 600sq ft addition to our home. We added an additional bathroom, family room and bedroom, using attic space that we never thought could be used. The Boaz team was professional, from the engineering process at the beginning through to the punch list at completion.

I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers. I was told if any problems were to arise, to give them a call and they would attend to it. Would definitely recommend this franchise!

I highly recommend Queen City Health Center to Everyone I know in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Holly is my hero. My son was born 6 weeks premature and was having a hard time digesting my breastmilk because of all the antibiotics they had him on. My doula recommended an adjustment with Dr. Holly, and before I even became a patient she showed up at the hospital, adjusted my son and 12 hours later he was successfully digesting 3oz of milk. We got to take him home 2 days later. I cannot thank her enough for coming to our rescue and for continuing my family on a path to health. I love that she addresses more than just the spinal adjustments - Queen City Health Center is a total wellness plan for body, mind and spirit for optimal health. It's more of a holistic wellness community than a chiropractic office and one of the best investments into my family I've ever made.

I have a brain injury causing my eyes to have double vision. Through Dr. Musachio’s wisdom and care I have been able to get my eyes into alignment. To me this is just about miraculous as the neuro opthamologist told me there was nothing that could be done.
I have PTSD due to being burned in the kitchen fire and received 3rd degree burns on my arms and part of my face. I had severe nervousness to the point that I could not eat or sleep or even work. One of the best experiences I’ve had! I recently called fullwood to inquire about my dog & her red, swollen eye. We originally called our dogs normal vet & they couldn’t see us for 3 weeks but told us our dogs issues was extremely urgent. I submitted an online request for an appointment with Fullwood because my mom brings her cat here & has amazing things to say. Within 4 minutes of submitted my online request, I had someone from here calling me & getting me an appointment in the next 48 hrs! (I’m convinced it would have been sooner if we weren’t about to get a ton of snow!)
Upon arrival, they were very Accommodating of my dog being reactive to other pets & got is an exam room immediately to wait so we didn’t encounter other pets. They built trust with her immediately & were so gentle & kind. They made me feel comfortable asking all of my probably annoying & overbearing dog mom questions. I will no longer be taking my dogs to any other vet other than full wood, the 45 minute drive is so worth my dogs getting the best & quickest treatment!
The staff and Vet was more than the BEST when it came to care for my German Shepherd. We unfortunately had to put him down due to lung cancer and we were treated with so much love for us and especially for him. Dr. Miller went out of his way to make sure we were knowledgable, and felt valued. He understood we were losing a part of of our family and made sure this experience was the best it could be under the circumstances. I am forever grateful for how he handled it until the end and made sure to take the time to NEVER make us feel rushed. This veterinary is truly the best i have experienced and the staff aligns with the Vet's values.
They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.
We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.

I had a fantastic experience here at Skyline (blue pearl) with Cardiology Dr. M. (Sorry I do not remember her full name) and the technicians that worked with my 2 cats. They were extremely professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process and explained in full why they were doing certain tests which I am so appreciative of! I have never had such a great experience at a hospital before (they communicate better than human hospitals!!!) we will be returning for ongoing yearly cardiology appointments as recommended. If my kitties ever need any other services I will be taking them here from now on. Also- the receptionist was so kind and professional!

Plantation Animal Clinic is absolutely exceptional! We've trusted them with checkups for our two dogs for a couple years now, but this past week proved why they're special.
They guided our dog Snow through a splenectomy to remove a 7+ lb mass. Dr. Hazavehi and the team treated Snow with genuine care and respect at every turn. They answered every question, never rushed us, and made Snow's comfort their priority throughout this process.
They've given us more time with Snow. That's a gift we can never fully repay. If you want veterinarians who combine skill with compassion, this is your clinic.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hospital! I was extremely nervous bringing my 12yr old chi mix in for a dental. She has a long list of health issues and I was terrified for her to undergo anesthesia. However, Dr. Reynolds and her team were extremely kind, caring and compassionate and kept me updated every step of the way. My baby soared through her dental/extractions without any complications and I will be forever grateful to them for taking such amazing care of her!
We recently had to make the difficult decision to put our dog down, and we are so grateful for the compassionate care we received. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She explained every step of the process with clarity and gentleness, not only to us but also to our children. Great vet. My 60lb dog does not get along well with others or people and they are very accommodating and have no issues seeing him. They take all kinds of animals. Would highly recommend. Only vet we have ever used.
Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nanfelt and her team are! We took our puppy, Milli, to their Huntersville location and were then referred to the Matthews location for an ultrasound. She was diagnosed with intussusception and required surgery. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with updates both before and after surgery, and the front desk team patiently answered all of our calls as very worried dog parents. Everyone was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our puppy’s care. We are so grateful for them and would definitely recommend! ?

I love Matthews Yoga Collective! Living in Matthews there weren’t a ton of class options and I stumbled upon MYC through ClassPass. It is a great spot with the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met at a workout location. Everyone is a mix of ages and levels, so you will never feel left out or behind. My favorite class is the Power Sculpt not only for the workout but Noel is one of the best instructors and people I have ever encountered. She makes class fun and go by fast (in a good way). It is my new must have in my routine because I leave sweating but smiling!

Brian provides movement and feedback to help retrain movement patterns to avoid injury. I love that I also get the why behind the movement. The extensive video form feedback has been so helpful !!

I had a GREAT experience at Novant Health PT Solutions. Lauren is an Elite Physical Therapist! I have rehabbed 3 separate knee surgeries as well as other sports related injuries in the past. Last year I had been in 2 car accidents, and Lauren helped me train, heal up, and get into better shape than before the accidents! All of the Therapists there, as well as the front desk crew were amazing! I actually looked forward to my sessions every time.
