I can't even begin to explain what an amazing experience I had! Custom service is back kids lol! Tori was amazing. Honestly, when I read the reviews I was a little worried it would be high pressure and I couldn't have been more wrong. Tori explained everything so clearly from the ingredients of the tanning solution to the membership plans to the detialed demonstration of how to get the best results. I truly felt like she was looking out for what waa in my best interest and wanted me to have the best experience and outcome and I did! Unbelievably helpful staff. From assisting 2 spray tan novices figure out the best coloring choices to calling around to find which location has gift certificates available on short notice, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’d give more stars if I could.

The front desk navigated a line, waiting customers, cleaning beds, all while selling me a membership and products. I was beyond impressed with her level of professionalism and the client experience. She was the only employee in the boutique at the time. Hopefully management recognizes the talent in the client facing employees.
