Modern Pet Salon Ballantyne Boarding and Day play

We had an event & needed to board our Cavachon for one night. Most boarding facilities have limited hours for drop-off & and pick-up over the weekend. MPS offered better options for us to drop off on Sat & pick up on Sunday. We were overall pleased with the service but would prefer if they had separate play times for large dogs. When we checked the camera one time, there was one much larger dog visible in the group. However, our dog was fine when we picked her up, so we will use them again for the next time we need overnight boarding in CLT.

I’m the type of person who hates leaving my pets when I travel and avoid it when I can. We tried several places around the Charlotte area before Modern Pet and were never totally satisfied with the environment or our dogs temperament after their visit. We found modern pet a little over a year ago and found the facility clean and welcoming, like the spacious boarding suites and option to board the pups together, and love having the cameras to check up on the dogs while they’re at playgroup. Our golden doodle Lambeau loves coming here for day play and they’re our go to for grooming and boarding as well. The staff is great and is a very efficient process from drop off to pick up!
