Charged me a lot of money and then did the bare minimum job. We realized yellowjackets were entering from chimney. They wouldn’t go up to take care of it so I essentially paid for them to do what I had already done which is spray interior access points and base of fireplace..
I will come back to update- Triangle PC reached out to discuss and made things right. Bad businesses wouldn't do that so I appreciate them and certainly willing to give another opportunity should there be a need. Customer service and follow up get the rating.
Nate _absolutely_ took care of us - today he came by and dealt with a handful of wasps nests on the roof of our townhome. He did a great job getting rid of them, and did an extremely thorough check of the area for more before leaving.
