Yesterday we had a backup of sewage in our downstairs shower with a toilet overflowing. My husband spoke with Damian and right away a crew was sent over to solve the issue. Guitar and Prince were wonderful, professional, and even in a torrential rainstorm persisted to find the problem under our crawl space. They indeed solved the issue. We were extremely impressed with the immediate service and the professionalism by these two men doing the job!! Thank you Damian, Guitar, and Prince and Charlotte Plumbing. We will defintely call you again if we have any more issues!!

Thank you Carl and Charlotte plumbing
20 year old garden tub with Moen faucets, I replaced the hot water cartridge myself - no problem. The cold water faucet fell apart mid-project (old brittle plastic extensions), had an emergency (water spraying on the ceiling). Called them, they came out right away, fixed it, reasonable rate. Highly recommend.
