I contacted Shaw flooring to match existing flooring we had installed 9 or so years ago. After determining the color, etc. I asked them for a list of local installation companies to call. Carefree Carpet was 1 of the 3 I contacted. Of those 3, Carefree, specifically Jeff, was incredibly responsive and thorough in our planning discussions to make sure there was consistency between the existing and new. Fantastic experience with Jeff and Cyrenne. From the initial consult to the finish of the install. We were unsure what to do with our rental’s floors but the carpet really needed to be replaced. Jeff made some suggestions and brought samples over. We had several options and decided that the LVP upgrade would be best on our stairs and throughout the halls. Wow. What a difference. We had a small snafu with the installers but Jeff went above and beyond to make it right, proving they really care about the customer. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the product.
