Kayla is fabulous - friendly, prompt, very professional and does a fantastic job waxing - works with your schedule when it's tight and is efficient and thorough and you're in and out and on your way. Easy salon access in Southend next to great shopping, restaurants and light rail! Go see her!!

If I could give WaxingByHer infinity stars I would!!!!! I’ve been coming to Kayla for almost 3 years! My skin has lightened up tremendously… as well as my hair grows back less thick and more fine… Kayla makes sure you are 100% comfortable. The conversations are great. On top of coming to consistently I’ve made a great friend as well!! If you are insecure about your areas.. don’t hesitate to come to her she will leave you completely satisfied! I will continue my services with Kayla! I have even moved 2 hours away from Charlotte and I still make a way to her she’s that good!! Overall 10/10 you won’t be disappointed <3
