I had always wanted to get into Pilates but had no idea where to start. I came across BK Pilates Instagram and decided to sign up for a private lesson and LOVED it! Everyone is so nice and the environment is very welcoming (not to mention aesthetically pleasing). After a few privates, I started joining classes and now have a monthly membership. It has helped me so much physically and mentally and I highly recommend to anyone!!
As a Pilates first timer this year, I have grown to really love the workout and give all credit to BK Pilates CLT! I was apprehensive at first because I was unfamiliar with the exercise - but Meredith creates a supportive, challenging, and empowering environment. I look forward to the many classes ahead, and recommend this to anyone looking for a great workout to strengthen their body and mind!
I have tried many different studios and methods in Charlotte including barre, cycle, and other strength conditioning methods however I never felt completely welcomed at any of these other studios but did enjoy the workouts. I am so thankful to have found BK Pilates. This studio is so welcoming to everyone at every age and level. Many of my aches and pains have decreased or are completely gone! The instructors challenge me everyday and I can tell how much stronger I am as a result. I actually miss BK Pilates when I don't take a class. My balance and overall wellbeing has significantly improved. Love love love this studio and highly recommend to give it a try and I promise you'll be back. ♥️
