When I first arrived my knee was in a lot of pain. After numerous sessions with Rachel my knee improved significantly. With her knowledge and training I was able to walk and do my duties successfully. I appreciate all she did to help me
When I first came here 5 months ago, I was in serious pain… walking, sleeping, standing, etc. with tendinitis in my foot. Rachel listened, evaluated and helped me with focus on effective treatment plan. Exercises at home helped me heal. So glad I am now able to function in my daily routine. Also easy to schedule appointments and get them adjusted when I needed to.
At the end of September 2025 I had surgery on my right rotator cuff. The doctor went in and the Rotator was fine but the tendon was completely shredded as if something went in and tore it up.The doctors did an amazing job repairing the tendon.
After two weeks I went back to the doctor and he told me I didn’t need to were the sling any more.He sent me to Select Physical Therapy located at 3611,Mt Holly Huntersville Rd Charlotte NC.
