I can’t say enough great things about North Tampa Foot Care. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Tammy, Patty, Renee, and Kymoni—each one of them kind, helpful, and professional. The office has a warm, friendly atmosphere while still being incredibly well-run and efficient.
Dr. Michal Waldman is truly exceptional. She is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also compassionate and patient-focused. What especially stood out to me is her deep support for veterans. Her practice is well-equipped to provide comprehensive documentation for VA claims, including diagnosis, treatment history, prognosis, and detailed functional assessments. They even conduct imaging studies like X-rays in-house, which makes the process smooth and convenient.
Dr. Waldman’s team can develop individualized treatment plans with options like orthotics, physical therapy, or surgery when necessary. They’re also capable of offering expert testimony to assist with appeals—something that shows how seriously they take veteran care.
Personally, I came in with ankle issues that were really limiting my mobility. Thanks to Dr. Waldman’s care and the use of custom orthotics, my ankle is now pain-free. It’s made a huge difference in my quality of life, allowing me to get back to outdoor activities I love.

I am really happy with my level of care since I switched to this TFHC location. I see Ms. Bency, and she is excellent! I have a complicated health profile, which has been difficult for most health providers to manage. I’ve always felt like docs were unable to keep up with my health needs because I had so much going on. But she is always on the ball!
Whenever I have a sudden problem, I don’t have to wait for an appointment and come into the office either. They have it structured so patients can make an online emergency appointment and get their needs met right away. I just sign up for an 8 am tele appointment on my way to work with Ms. Bency and get help right away!
There have been a few times when I’ve not been able to meet with Ms. Bency and I’ve needed to see someone else to get help right away. Those providers were smart, helpful, and kind to me. I felt comfortable with them as well.
So overall, I’m glad I decided to make the TFHC Sheldon location my healthcare home. If you’re looking for a new place to go, I think you could be happy here too. ?

From speaking with Helen to set up the service, to meeting Derek who did the job...this was an absolute joy from beginning to end. Not to mention, incredibly well priced!
I have never had my car detailed before, and I cannot stand cleaning it myself. I have literally made fantasy football matchup bets where if I won, the opposing team had to clean my car. That's how much I hate doing it. I would prefer a day of grueling labor over cleaning my car. I would prefer highway roadkill cleanup over cleaning my car. I would prefer mowing and grooming the yards of my entire neighborhood over cleaning my car.
In come these folks. For an incredibly reasonable price, Derek spent about two hours per car...washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and everything else you can think of. I didn't include pics for privacy reasons, but trust me when I say they look like they just came off the showroom floor. Every single part of the cars were minutely cleaned to shining perfection. And Derek was an absolutely great dude to interact with.
I cannot recommend these folks enough, and I will be using them again and again in the future. They are an absolute pleasure to do business with. 5 out of 5 stars ??

My mother has lost her hair twice in the last four years due to chemotherapy. The first time, her hair grew back, but it was never quite the same. It was not as thick, as long, or as familiar as the hair she had before cancer entered her life. Anyone who has walked this road knows that hair loss is about so much more than appearance. It is about identity, confidence, and dignity.
Before cancer, my mom’s hair was her signature. In a crowd, the way I always found her was by looking for her hair. It was thick, beautiful, and unmistakably hers. Even after her hair grew back the first time, that defining part of her never fully returned.
When my mom put on her wig from The Wig Gallery, something incredible happened. She looked like herself again. Not post cancer her or simply doing the best she could, but the woman she was before treatments, side effects, and all the indignities that come with them. For the first time in years, I could spot her instantly again. She looked confident, radiant, and whole.
What John and Vincent provide goes far beyond wigs. Their kindness, compassion, and understanding are extraordinary. They truly grasp that this is not about vanity. It is about restoring dignity. Cancer strips so much away, often quietly and repeatedly. In their care, my mom was met with warmth, patience, and deep respect.
John and Vincent gave my mother a gift that is impossible to put a price on. They gave her dignity back. For our family, that means everything.

Bought 2 Gooseneck Barn lights for our new garage. They installed and look great! Did have one problem with the photocells not working. Contacted customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting and sent replacement photocellsthe next day. Lights work perfectly now and we are very happy.

Dropped in to their hyperbaric chamber for an hour or so - these are wonderful for helping with fatigue. Some details:
* Hard shell chamber, about 90cm in diameter internally, slightly cramped if you're a larger person but entirely tolerable. This is considerably better than some other offerings in the Tampa area. Very nice inside, had an integrated fan, didn't get hot at all internally.
* Goes up to 1.5 ATM - to the best of my knowledge, this is the highest pressure chamber available in Tampa without a prescription.
* Quick complimentary FaceTime visit with a doctor before entering to check for obvious contraindications.
* As of 9/14/2024, they will validate parking at the Channelside garage. $30 savings on parking!
Very thankful that The Covery is under new management - seems like they've fixed the weird pricing and booking friction issues - looking forward to coming back!

I had an amazing experience getting my hair done at Sterling Locs and African Braiding Salon. The braiders are so professional and highly skilled. The final look was exactly what I wanted neat, natural and versatile. I love how I can style them in different ways and after 6 weeks, they still look great and are holding up well. This nail salon is the absolute best!!! Nathan and Mai treat everyone like old friends and they are both extremely talented. Everywhere else I’ve had my nails done, the gel polish ends up peeling off shortly after, but Mai’s magic makes my nails last a super long time. She gives the absolute best manicures and pedicures. I’ll never go anywhere else now that I’ve found them!!

I scheduled a virtual appointment along with a shampoo and cut. Tish called me to confirm the appointment and advised me that this was a virtual meeting. She continued to ask me about my hair, stated this was the consultation, and rescheduled the application. When I went to the appointment, her positive energy exuded calmness and confidence. She eased my anxiety and gave me what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations, and for that, I will be returning.

My daughter and I went to Meghan for the first time this past weekend for haircuts, and she completely exceeded all our expectations. First, her salon space is clean, cute, nicely decorated, and has gorgeous natural light. Meghan was very friendly and even though it was our first time meeting, my daughter and I felt at ease with her immediately. Now for our haircuts. We each brought a picture of a style of cut that we wanted, and Meghan was able to translate those photos into what would work best for our hair and what our end goal is (I’m trying to grow my hair out for a wedding), while still giving us the style we were looking for. I went to Zina after seeing she was highly recommended on Facebook, I booked her monthly special for a hydro facial and added on a chemical peel. She was extremely communicative about skincare, explained all of the steps, and gave me suggestions for a routine to manage my acne. The facial was soooo relaxing and results driven. I feel like her prices well reflect the quality. Will be coming back!

We've been with Radiant Waxing for years now for brows and lip wax. We started with them in Sarasota when they were Lunchbox and we still love them now. I don't know how y'all get the best waxologists but our girl, Alicia, in Sarasota was incredible too. Now that we're in Tampa, we've been blessed with our girl, Morgan, who is killerrrrr at her job. Super efficient, a great time to be around, and always understanding if we have any scheduling conflicts. Morgan is why we keep coming, to be honest. Yes, it's about the wax job but it's also about relationships. She always remembers what we talked about the last time and makes us feel like we're old friends.

What to say about Crystal; from the very start, she was kind, very informative, and understanding to what I wanted to do. Crystal laid out the best treatment/removal options for me, and was kind enough to work with me on pricing wherever she could. Every question and concern was answered with plenty of patience, backing information, and if at all applicable, alternative means to achieve my goals (for example electrolysis vs. laser). Crystal is kind, empathetic, patient...I can't say enough good things about her. I've since moved out of the area, and not having this place to come to is certainly a big, big hole to fill. If you are looking for laser hair removal, electrolysis, or any other service she offers, look no further, you won't regret it.

Erichelle did my lashes today and I am so so impressed! Im probably every lash artists worst nightmare because my lashes NEVER lift due to them being so long, coarse and down turned. I was on a mission to find the right natural lashes for everyday wear while also trying to give myself some natural volume and length. She worked with me to find the right fit, explained what she was trying and if I wanted her to change something she did it right away & kept notes for the best time. She last did a natural volume glam look for my wedding day! I don’t wear other makeup so I take my lashes very seriously and i trust Marlyn to do them perfectly! Casey came to the rescue! For a minimal travel fee, she came to my place to do my makeup. Casey was personable, knew what she was doing, and was on point for what I was looking for. Didn't take incredibly long either. Makeup was perfect, and stayed put for the entire 2.5 hours shoot. If you need someone, Casey was wonderful. I'll certainly keep KDLR on my list!! You won't feel like you're in a dentist's office. You really can't go wrong with any of the artists. To date though (over the last year and a half) I've worked exclusively with Luis (@luisink1104 on IG). He's done my entire upper body -- chest, torso, sides, back, armpits, sleeves, shoulders, hands. He makes sure he understands what I want. And after our first session I've learned to trust his instincts and let him use his creative juices to bring my ideas to life in ways that are better than anything I could have imagined. His attention to detail is impeccable, thinking of the tiniest of details (that I never would have thought of) that make the pieces just that much better. When I first came in I had no desire, no plan to get a full body suit. But Luis has been so awesome that what began as just a chest piece has evolved into something so beautiful that we're going to do the legs, the neck, and even the head. This place is fantastic. I was nervous about getting both nostrils pierced due to the risk of them being uneven, but Ryan worked with me until I felt comfortable about the position about both of them. He was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me great advice on the location of the piercings based on the jewelry I wanted to wear, and provided easily digestible information about the healing process/piercing care. The store was clean and Ryan kept a sterile work environment. I will absolutely go back to see him for any other piercings I get in the future!

I first contacted Experts for a suspected leak in my plumbing but it wasn’t their area of expertise, so they recommended another company who solved my problem. Because of their friendly and helpful attitude with my leak problem, when I needed a plumber for another issue I immediately called Experts, and will continue to do so in the future. They were knowledgeable, friendly, clean and reasonably priced.
I hired Jamie to fix my master shower. The prior owner had converted a tub to shower but never moved the drain and the water didn't drain out properly. Jamie had to tear out all the old tile, move the drain and then retile the shower. His communication regarding the project from quote through the install completion was timely and thorough; his pricing was fair and his attention to detail during the install was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and if you are looking for a bath renovation, I encourage you to consider getting a quote from Jamie.
Outstanding service from our plumber, Hyram! It’s the fourth time we’ve used HIP in the past year. We’re selling our home and found out last week we had to replace our propane tankless water heater since it was 17 years old but still working fine (a Rinnai). I had to special order the heater, it arrived yesterday, and Hyram—knowing our situation that we’re closing next week—came out today to do the install. He personifies his company’s name—HIP—honesty, integrity, professional. He masterfully overcame the inevitable problems that come with replacing the home’s original heater. He does things right, is very fair on his price, and takes pride in how his projects look—no sloppy glue welds and straight pipes. He has my strongest recommendation!

Trevor Coggins and the on-site crew of Luis and Pepe of Gas Works of Tampa Bay Inc. did a fabulous job of completing the installation of a new, dedicated gas line for our pool heater as well as moving our existing gas line for our fireplace up from the level of the lawn at the same time. Trevor answered our countless questions about the project promptly and was able to schedule our installation for our new pool heater within a week of it being installed. Everything appeared to be seamless from our end and we truly appreciate their positive customer service! Jason and Miguel gave us priority in our service requirements. Miguel arrived promptly at the beginning of our time window and immediately commenced work. He expertly installed two ceiling fans and was able to do so without interrupting our power supply. A fantastic job on both. Miguel then inspected and re-wired our electrical connection to our disposal under the sink. Another job well done. We are very happy with the professional, timely installation of our standby generator and in ground propane tank. We had a large and a medium sized rug cleaned and they look amazing! Rocky was fast and professional and gave us a very good price! He knows a lot about antique rugs so it was nice to talk to him and discuss the rugs. I wish I had photos to show, but we had them rolled up until our new puppy is finished being potty trained. Hopefully they won’t pee on the newly cleaned rugs but if they do, we will definitely get him to clean the rugs again!

I highly recommend Oriental Rug Care for cleaning and rug restoration. My Persian rug is very old and had been repaired previously. Oriental rug care cleaned the rug and restored it to like new condition. The colors are vibrant and repairs invisible. Ray came to my house, picked up my rug and returned it in beautiful condition. He also kept in touch with me during the process and sent photos so that I could see how things were going. I would definitely use Oriental Rug Care again.

This was such a positive experience. From the first meeting to discuss the project through completion. Shimi was a true professional and very knowledgeable. The a/c was not part of the project but before they started the 16y/o system went out. I reached out to Shimi late Friday and he had people come out and assess the problem and it was replaced on Saturday. Amazing!!! The rest of the scheduled project was equally successful. Tier 1 Pest Solutions has wowed me. We have been using them for almost 2 years and their service and communication has been top notch since Day 1. Long story short, we left another pest control company because we still had bugs in our house way too often for me to think their "in wall system" worked well. When I would point things out and mention the ants we still saw or spiders (gross) I still had to kill, we were always told "well SOME bugs are still going to get in. This is FL. But they should die quickly if they do get in." So for 7 years we relied on this in-wall system to do the job. In 2020 we built a pool with a pool cage. And the amount of spider nests that formed alllllll over our pool cage was enough to make my skin crawl. Fast forward, my kids and I were walking out the front door one day when a guy named Brad was walking up our driveway. He introduced himself. Handed me a flyer. Said he saw that I was heading out and didn't want to interrupt my departure with the family but he politely asked for 2 min of my time on a different day that would be more convenient. I looked at the flyer and saw it was a pest control company. Poor Brad. Poor poor Brad. In that moment I told him he could have my 2 min but there would be no way I was going to pay another pest control company to tell me the same thing I had been told for 7 years..."this is FL." He asked me a couple of questions. He asked if I had an in-wall system and when I said yes he immediately presented me with evidence based reasons as to why I was having the experience that I was having. After hearing his response, I asked him if he could perform miracles and get outdoor spiders and their outdoor nests from clinging to my outdoor pool cage so I could enjoy my outdoors. All while knowing that these outdoor spiders and their outdoor nests have every right to be outdoors. Once again, he explained to me why it was happening and he assured me that he could lessen the outdoor spiders in my outdoor pool cage. We had spider webs all over our front porch and garage lights as well. They were EVERYWHERE...for years! So here we are two-ish years later. Not only do I never see any bugs in my home but I have not had to deal with anything more than 2-3 occasional spider nests in my outdoor patio. We also have our front porch and garage lights cleaned every time they come to service our home. I didn't even really think of it until my Tier 1 serviceman, Brazeau, showed up at the house yesterday and saw me in the driveway and said "Hi Mrs. Ryan, how's your day going?" And continued to ask how we were since the storms. So kind, thoughtful and respectful. So, Tier 1 Pest Solutions... I highly recommend them. I always get text messages to remind me when they're coming. They're always on time. And they use pet and kid friendly solutions. And what is so amazing is that they hire Veterans and are Veteran owned. Stand up company. Stand up service men and women. And they truly care about the community. I cannot recommend them enough. Ok, at first I wasn't impressed with their communication. It took some patience on my part waiting for them to respond to getting work done. However once the gentleman came to my appointment with samples of their designs and ability, I decided to have the work done. When the crew arrived to do the work they communicated well and created a quality product that looks great in my yard. I've since recommended them to other neighbors. In 2006 I built a patio with Central Florida Landscaping (CFL), and in 2010 I added on a pool and a patio extension using another company. Within 2 years the NON-CFL patio sagged and required multiple adjustments and re-tamping of the dirt underneath the pavers. In sharp contrast the CFL-built patio was solid as a rock—no budging, no sagging, not even a loose paver.I’m using CFL again as we speak to build my new patio and looking at the amount of prep work they do as well as the thoroughness with which they do it I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend them because the quality is unmatched. I’ve seen the work done by other hardscape/landscape companies and there is no comparison.
I recently moved to a home with a huge yard. I paid a guy to cut the trees back and he did a C- job. The lawn was getting overgrown so I contacted LawnStarter--they sucked late, reschedule, canceled, rescheduled and on and on--great admin staff but unable to execute. So I contacted JM Guerra through HomeAdvisor. He showed up, gave me an estimate and knocked the ball out of them park the very next day despite intermittent rain. Mowed my huge lot, edged it, cleared out the flower beds, trimmed back trees and broke or damaged nothing--no sprinkler heads, no trees or bushes destroyed --just great work done well. I agreed to have him over 2 times per month and am very satisfied. You get what you pay for and with him the price is absolutely wroth it and really cheaper in the long run.
Charlie and his team are the best you will find in the Tampa area and they just installed new sod in my yard 2 weeks ago and it looks better every day. His team was on time and completed all work in under 5 hours and answered any questions I had. Charlie would respond to any messages I sent and I highly recommended this company and their team if you are looking to replace and sod in your yard.

The house I’m in uses this company for the past 5-6 years. I have to say each and every time they come and do the lawn service, it’s been EXCEPTIONAL. The front and back look great and the edging is always top notch. Very nice guys to work with when having to talk to them and they are good and fast. There are times they do the lawn and I don’t even know that they are there. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that wants great looking lawns with a nice crisp edge.

This is the second time Independent Tree has helped us out by taking down a very large oak tree that was a hazard after the recent storm. Marti came out for the estimate and Nathan and his gang were very respectful and careful in taking down our old tree that was partially over the roof of our house. The cleanup was excellent and I have nothing but praise for Nathan and his teammates. The culture for this company is just so very special. I would recommend them with no hesitation.
Arbor Bay Tree Service checks all the boxes for what you want in a tree service company. Their quotes are thorough and competitive. They give you a date for your service and arrival time, and they meet them. They do the job safely and efficiently, and they clean up afterward. We call Arbor Bay for our annual pruning and occasional dead tree removal. Today, Kevin and his crew completed a work request for us and arrived when they said he would. Kevin was knowledgeable about our trees and the scope of work, and he and his crew were polite and respectful. They completed the job efficiently and safely, thoroughly cleaned the area afterwards, and met with me to walk through the completed job to ensure my total satisfaction. Even though they we closed for the weekend, I was able to chat with Dr Martini and send here pictures of my new look. She immediate saw me in her office and was able to make an immediate appointment for Friday with a periodontist - Dr Matthew Waite, to install an implant and replace the crown.

8/14/25 Dr Lennon has retired and I just had a dental cleaning. Things have changed in subtle ways, and not for the better. My cleaning was not a thorough as in the past, but Cindy is still the best. It seemed as though she was told to scale back her service. She did not tell me this, but it was obvious. I also had to pay a partial fee for my cleaning, although my insurance covers 2 cleanings annually. I don't recall having to ever pay anything for cleanings, but I may have a faulty memory. The general atmosphere just felt less welcoming, although the staff were all cheerful. I'll wait to see how things develop.
I have the best opinion of the doctor and Katherine, they were very special to my husband and me, I even recommended them to a friend, I was impressed, because it is not common to find a dental clinic, with such good care and without a sign of pesos or money in your mind for that I congratulate you. But now I can't communicate with Katherine, they only speak to me in English, I don't understand them and I lost my appointment that was for today at 10 am due to lack of communication in Spanish, my language, anyway, thanks to the doctor and Katherine, good morning blessings from God

I stepped on glass and I went to these office when after a month had passed and a small lump had formed where the wound was. They took an MRI which showed nothing and told me to come in if it got larger. I had become unemployed with no insurance when that small lump turned 3 times the size and popped. I was real upset and the wound was getting larger and more painful. They offered to examine my foot. Dr Aguste explained to me about the foot mechanism of healing and was able to find the glass peice and remove it in office. It was instant relief.

After a car accident I had pain in my shoulder and neck that wouldn't go away. After one visit at Cobb Rehab and Wellness my pain had drastically improved! I have EDS so I had myofascial release instead of an adjustment and it relieved more pain in one visit than any chiropractor had ever done. Dr. Cobb also worked on my ankle that had a previous trimalleolar fracture and my ankle was the least swollen I'd seen it in 2 years. Truly the BEST place to go for pain.

Several weeks ago, after injuring my lower back because of a fall, I ended up with a very painful sciatica problem as well as a pinched nerve.
Unable to see my usual chiropractor, I searched and found the Advanced Spine & Injury Center right down the street. The reviews of the facility/staff were so outstanding and numerous that I decided to give them a call. Fortunately for me, I was able to visit the facility that same day and have the incredible Dr. Joe Troiani begin his magical and effective chiropractic techniques on my sore back.
So began my 6 week journey with back adjustments, TENS treatments, and other medical technologies to alleviate my lower back pain. In all honesty, the pain I was having was excruciating and probably a 10... by far the worst pain I have ever experienced. I kid you not!!!
Dr. Joe and his wonderful, kind staff, were there every step of the way to comfort me (I cried a lot) and treat my condition in a caring and helpful manner. I'll never forget what these wonderful people did to bring me back to a healthy and happy life!!

Dr. Schar has improved the pain in my neck and arms. The pain meds were not working. I’m not in favor of using a bunch of meds to mask the problem. Dr Schar’s expertise really works. I’m now sleeping better than I have in months.

Best vet experience! I started going to Pebble Creek when I got my first Siberian cat in April 2024. My previous vet did not treat Siberians which is how I became a client at Pebble Creek Animal Hospital. There is never a long wait in the waiting room, and I love the personal touch with the little welcome sign for pet outside of the exam room. I knew if I ever decided to expand my pet family, they were 100% going to Pebble Creek. Well, 10/22 of this year I got my second Siberian. I love the fact they have a free “get to know you” visit with the vet techs and staff (not a doctor visit). I took my new kitten in today and the staff, as always, was amazing. I mostly dealt with Taylor, who is a vet tech. The time she spent with us talking about the kitties, answered many questions, and polite conversation was amazing. I didn’t feel like just another client. She is definitely an asset to this practice! The staff and doctors are kind and take as much time as needed to answer all questions. Also, prices are not inflated like some other practices I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

I will never go to any other vet. Dr. Danielson is so knowledgeable and he and his staff have always been kind and understanding. Last year, my guinea pig started showing end of life symptoms because she was older in age. I called the office in a panic and they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. Dr. Danielson made sure that my baby was comfortable and he took his time talking to me, reassuring me that I'd done everything that I could. My guinea pig passed away at home shortly after. The office called to check in and I let them know. A few days later, flowers arrived at my door and I received a card saying that a donation had been made in her honor. That meant the world to me. There are some people who think that a small animal means that the love is also small, but any good pet owner knows that that couldn't be further from the truth. The gesture from Dr. Danielson made me feel less alone in my grief and now, a year later, I still think about that kindness. This is an office full of animal lovers who display a kind of beside manner that can't be taught. They have been such a blessing. It doesn't get more compassionate or more professional than Dr. Danielson and his staff.
I had a monthly grooming membership for my dog and they were the absolute sweetest! They were kind, patient, responsive, and communicative. They were especially accommodating with my dog’s allergies (e.g., recommending certain shampoos). I would absolutely recommend! They even had her name on a chalkboard outside the establishment and if Sissie could comprehend this, she would have been so happy! I absolutely recommend them:).

I’ve only ever worked with Kayleigh and she has done a phenomenal job every time! I like to keep my doodle short because she loves the water so I appreciate that she listens and my pup looks perfect every time! I know I ask for something a little different than a standard cut for a doodle but she’s been so patient and now I can walk in and confirm I want what she always gets and she looks amazing. I very much appreciate the attention to detail and her willingness to work with what I am looking for! Everyone there has been very nice and easy to work with!

Great staff...great cuts! Our dog is usually pretty timid when going to the groomer but is always calm and happy when we pick her up from here. Would give 5 stars but can't believe we are paying these prices for doggie haircuts! (Although the pricing here is comparable to other groomers)

Warm House Flow with Fani had my inner child coming out to play! I knew from the description that this was a class all about having fun with your practice, but I was not expecting the joy that it brought me to move so freely without a care. Baby, the amount of twerking I allowed myself to do had me SWEATIN’ !!! I left feeling alive and vibrant, like my inner child was right there front and center. If you allow yourself to have fun and shake it loose in a class, this class is a must take!
I love doing yoga at Jai Dee! The instructors are all very welcoming and helpful! Each instructor has their own unique style and all are very knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere and energy of each class and I look forward to attending my classes! The owner is very kind and was ick to respond to any needs I had since starting.

I can't recommend Justin and his studio highly enough! His friendly demeanor creates a welcoming environment every time you step through the door. The studio itself is stunning, and I've already noticed significant improvement in my back after just two classes. Recently, I participated in a Yin class where we used headphones and yoga eye masks, and it was an incredible experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their practice. After attending classes, I feel revitalized and sleep so much better!

I’m been coming here since March 2023. Rebecca really works with you individually to correct poses and checks in with your body. The classes stay challenging and she works all your areas with rotating poses. I’m stronger, my body is reshaping and I’m making better health and fitness choices outside of yoga since I’ve been coming here. If you want a new journey this is the place to take that first step.
I’ve been going to the Yoga Loft for a couple months and I love the atmosphere and the people are super friendly. I’m new to yoga but the owner and participants are welcoming. Its an incredible community and so glad started.

I really enjoyed taking the three introductory classes my daughter gifted me for my recent birthday! Cecelia was very patient with me & informative, since I had never taken Pilates before. I feel she has given me a good base understanding of Pilates and the reformer machines, so that I can join a group class in the near future.

I’ve been a member of Club Pilates New Tampa for over four years, and it’s been a game-changer for both my physical health and overall well-being. I've been going to Flow Pilates and Yoga for many years, and always have been very happy with the classes, Gina is very knowledgeable, and takes her time with you, as all of the other instructors too, very clean and relaxing atmosphere!
Being very "green" to pilates workouts, I tried the intro class and liked the experience but didn't sign up till several months later. I have had the most best workout experience ever and truly enjoy all the workouts, levels and exceptional instructors. When something goes wrong they have always made it right. I hope to become an instructor one day.

I had a 30 min foot massage and scrub. The service was just what I needed to focus on my achy feet. Lauren applied just enough pressure and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She gave options on what scent and ambience I wanted for an aromatherapy experience as well. I was able to doze off and relax some. The scrub at the end of the massage left my feet very soft. I will definitely be back for more body work services! The location is very accessible to Seminole Heights/ 275 area with easy parking. Highly recommend.

Great massage. Kuryn clearly has good training and great hands. This was a therapeutic massage and not just one of those massage chain/studio rubs. She was focused and honed in on the areas that needed most attention. The Thai massage is outstanding. I highly recommend Kuryn.

Norm is highly knowledgeable and personable, and listens thoroughly to pinpoint the exact root of the issue. Norm might be the best physical therapist you'll ever find. Highly recommended!

I definitely recommend AJ Therapy for treatment. They have the absolute best staff, flexible hours, they are open late and on Saturdays. They also help and guide through the process of auto accident as it can be very difficult to get the right help. They help every step of the way and will go above and beyond for their patients. I myself treated with them and was very pleased. I definitely recommend them if you were involved in an accident.
We were welcomed into a very relaxed and quiet place. Dr. Tran introduced himself and explained the procedure. We are both elderly and were treated kindly and respectfully. While we were having our time the atmosphere and music was quite soothing and calming. My first appointment showed great improvement and I will be going back for some wellness treatment. An amazing experience today doing Hajama. Dr Hammud is the nicest person and most professional with magic hands. After session ended, I felt much better with my breathing and less stress and less shoulders tension. I highly recommend Dr Hammud for Hajama.

I was having uncontrollable vomiting every morning and chronic constipation and Dr Fan’s treatments helped heal my GI issues just after a few visits. She is a knowledgable medical provider and healer who cares about her patients and wants to help prevent illness holistically.

Tomorrow is my 12th and final visit through the VA. This has been the best treatment I've received for my bilateral foot condition and my lower back. I tried physical therapy, and the chiropractor prior along with cortisone injections to no avail. But with Dr. Gueorguiev not only have I found relief for these on going issues, but through his care my blood pressure and weight have both gone down. I still deal with my issues daily but I assure everyone that this treatment method is no doubt a highly viable option that I strongly recommend to all. I will be speaking with my physicians at the VA to see if I can continue to use Dr. Gueorguiev services to help me with my issues!

We highly recommend Auto Safety Driving school. Our daughter mainly drove with Colleen and Billy (one occasion Doug) and they were all wonderful. They were very patient and kind and kept us informed of where they were going and what they did. We used the concierge service for the driver's test and Colleen kept my daughter at ease and was a great calming influence. Big thanks to all of the instructors as well. Will definitely use them again when our son turns the driving age!
I had an amazing driving instructor named Jorge! I would recommend anyone take classes even if you have believe you know how to drive because there’s always space to learn more. He was very kind and encouraging which is what you want for a passenger in the car. Thank you for your help!!

George is so good with kids. He's amazing. Day 2 we were out on the interstate. I never would have done that with my daughter, but he did and she was so comfortable with him. We parents have been driving for a long time and we know what we're doing. But that doesn't translate into teaching a teenager how to drive. Sitting in the back seat while George taught her up front showed me things I never would have taught her. THANK YOU, GEORGE!
