Discovered an electrical problem within 3 days of moving into new home, that was not only frustrating, but concerning. Then wasted an entire day waiting on another company (Mr. Electric of Land o Lakes) to arrive for a service call their AI bot made only to learn they don't service my area (yet never bothered to call and inform me so I could find someone else).

Had Shawn come out today and do a great job. All I needed was a new power outlet run off of the main panel a foot away from the panel and he was able to do it. Price was so good I didn’t bother getting any more quotes. Shawn walked me through some other items that needed to be addressed in the 60+ year old house but wasn’t urgent. Those quotes were great too. Shawn is my new guy and I would recommend to anyone who asks.
they absolutely will not charge you if they can fix it fast. We had an issue with our outlets and Chip fixed them in literally 10 seconds and would not charge for a house call. This is why we are repeat customers! Thank you for treating us well and being so professional!!
