I had a nice experience. The place was clean, the front desk staff was polite. Kiki was my technician and she was professional and friendly. I like the hot towels. I only did 4 stars because there was some hair left (I noticed after I got home) but even with that I would still go again.
My experience with Kiki was AMAZING!! Best wax ever. She took her time to prep the skin, and gave me the cleanest Brazilian wax ever. Also took her time to educate on how to care for the skin and more. First time visiting and will definitely be back as a long term customer. 10/10!
This was my first time going and it was absolutely great. The receptionist was super informative and set my expectations for the appointment. Then Chanel delivered with amazing service and excellent conversation. I felt comfortable and had a pleasant time. I'm definitely coming back.
