Bill Jackson is one of the rare breeds that's fair priced, does what he says he's going to do and goes the extra steps when it's needed. He came out and replaced my garbage disposal way less than the first quote. Excellent job! A week later he fixed my toilet and I swear it operates better than it has ever been. He did his magic on my second toilet as well. My shower faucet was getting hard to turn. He replaced the cartridge and it spins with one finger. Had him replace the drain to a newer pop up. Anyone who leaves anything but a stellar review for this gentleman is not legit. I’ve hired plumbers for over 35 years, and he is easily the most kind, respectful and efficient plumber I’ve encountered. Highly recommend for his knowledge and quality of work at an incredibly fair price!

I called Bill because we have too strong water flow in our recently purchased homs, and I wanted a damper installed to slow it down before it caused too many problems. He was quick to respond, professional, and very helpful. He fixed that issue, replaced a leaky tub spout, and advised us of another issue we will need to resolve soon. We will definitely be calling him to come back out for that. His price was very reasonable.
