Julia is your girl for firm pressure. Most importantly she understands the hips and lower back more than anything I have ever had work on me. She is absolutely amazing. Trust me! I’ve been to many massage envy’s. Julia Downtown or Sophia Carrolwood are the top ones in Tampa in my opinion.

I had an incredible massage with Morgan. At first, the work on my back was so precise and effective that I honestly thought she was using some kind of massage tool—then I realized it was just her hands. Her technique is that good.
What impressed me most was how quickly she paid attention to my comfort. After the first few minutes, she adjusted the pressure perfectly: deep enough to work through the knots and tightness in my back, but not so deep that I was bracing for pain or unable to relax.
