I absolutely loved it here! It was very calm, peaceful, inviting and the staff were amazing!! For my facial I had Megan and my massage hazel and they were both really comforting and nice!
It was my first time visiting the spa today since I wanted to test out one of their multi-service packages for myself before gifting it to a friend. So I made an appointment online and was scheduled with Hazel.
Originally I couldn't find any reviews for her when I looked (she may be newer to the spa), and I'm going to make sure to correct that right now because she's phenomenal!
I can't stress enough how friendly and thoughtful she was from the jump. She welcomed me in within minutes of my arrival and gave me a rundown of what to expect throughout our appointment. The first part of the service involved a body scrub, which I'd never had before. I honestly didn't expect much of a difference, but my skin feels downright silky as I'm writing this.
Then came the scalp massage. Beyond the incredible massage itself, I'm pretty sure she even oiled my hair while working, which is no small feat considering it reaches my hips. My hair smells amazing now!
She checked in with me every so often whenever I shifted to make sure I was comfortable, and during the body massage she used a few compression techniques that had me completely melting into the table. I left feeling super relieved and honestly kind of energized for the rest of the day.
Truly, I can't recommend her enough. While I probably wouldn't do a full multi-service package again just because of the time commitment lol, I can't wait to come back for another massage or to try one of the facials.
This was my first facial and I had a wonderful experience. I love the charm of the building. My specialist Johnna was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back!
