I went to European Wax Center in Carrollwood and my wax specialist Ashley was amazing. She was patient and took her time completing my service. Ashley was thorough with making sure my service was completed to my satisfaction and I was completely satisfied with everything.

I had a wonderful first experience at European Wax Center in Carrollwood and I am so grateful for my wax specialist, Princess! This was my first ever bikini wax, and she was friendly, informative and so good at her craft. The pain was not as intense as I expected and Princess helped with a breathing exercise and friendly conversation. I highly recommend her and I will now be a regular customer moving forward.Update: Just had my third appointment with Princess and I continue to appreciate her work and her friendliness. Princess is truly amazing, waxing can be a vulnerable experience but she is so nice and makes you feel comfortable, I’ve tried other waxers and she is hands down the fastest! and the pain in comparison to others is non existent. Strongly recommend her :)
