She was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, I could tell she was very confident and experienced in what she was doing. She worked quickly, but at the same time with so much patience, care, and precision. I also really appreciated how empathetic she was throughout the process. She kept talking to me and distracting me, which genuinely helped make the discomfort much more manageable. I felt very comfortable in her hands, and I’m very happy with the results. She did a great job, and I would definitely recommend her!

Recently started as a client and I can say I am impressed. Very clean, professional but also personable. Their rewards programs seem to be really client oriented. Even if it's offering an additional service 50% off, most places don't give discounts. An initial first time discount. Some freebies. That tells me, they appreicate my business and they understand the customer service assignment (rare these days) Rebecca is my beautician and shes great, easy to have conversation with, very knowledgeable about the products, great upseller and shes actually right, the exfoliating cream and soothing/healing serum. 10/10 do recommend.

Jordan is the absolute sweetest. We highly recommend her!! She has made my girls, who are at the beginning phases of their brow journey, feel seen and heard. They quickly became comfortable with Jordan, confident in her ability to make them feel and look fresh and new but still themselves.
