I have played here for many years and this place is so wonderful. They are amazing people and I can't say enough good things about them. If you ever get to see one of the bands play live, you get such a sense of why this music is so special and revered.
Tracey was absolutely amazing. I was visiting the Boulder area. I get massages at least once a month and have worked with dozens of therapists. Tracey was very professional and protected modesty while also still working with reclined butterfly and frog configuration muscle groups. Tracey goes above and beyond with comfort and atmosphere. Most comfortable table and face pillow I've ever experienced.
I have attended events here over the last three years and have done my NMHA training through the Psychedelic Sitter School and am impressed. The staff/teachers/facilitators all have experiential knowledge and credentials, plus a high bar for ethics and integrity which is important to me. The incorporation of other open traditions and techniques without appropriating is something that also stood out to me. Overall, their NMHA program is a very thorough training and heart centered throughout.
I had a great experience at LaserAway. I got lip filler with Brooke, and she was fantastic. She had a very light hand during the procedure, made me feel comfortable, and really understood the look I was going for. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and delivered natural-looking results that I’m very happy with. My shoulder had been hurting for MONTHS and Dr. Chris not only was able to identify that I had actually dislocated my shoulder, but also how to rehab it. My shoulder rehabbed in only a month with that information. Within the same hour they also released major tension across my whole body I didn't even know I had! Ankles, calves, hips, to my fingers. Kiana was theeeee absolute BEST. I haven’t been waxed in some time - longer than I’d like to admit and have only been to waxing the city or European wax and had TERRIBLE experiences. Kiana not only made the wax space comfortable and inviting, she talked to me throughout the process - which helped me deal with the pain. I give Kiana and Hello Sugar 10/10 and I look forward to my 6 week appt.
I highly, highly recommend John as a wonderful healer. My situation was unique, and I needed to find a special healer that could work long distance (on a very difficult and chronic illness) as I don't live local to Colorado at this time. John was recommended to me as someone who had experience in this field, and access and experience to highly specialized herbal treatments. The process took over 2 and half years to get things to a workable place, and John was a great person to have on the journey.
And when I was able to make a local appearance, the acupuncture treatment I received was nothing short of phenomenal.

I have been going to Jenna for close to two years because of a referral, and she is an extremely talented hair stylist. Other stylists have told me my hair is difficult to cut, due to it being thick and somewhat wiry, so I have a hard time finding people who are able to cut it to what I consider a decent standard. Jenna is outstanding, as good as anyone I have been lucky enough to find in the past. She is also a lovely person – you really can’t go wrong!
Sean is one of the best barbers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great haircut. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now, and he never disappoints. His skills are unmatched, and he always gives me some of the best cuts I’ve ever had. But that’s not all; Sean is also a wonderful conversationalist. He makes sure that I feel comfortable and relaxed while I’m getting my hair cut.

Great barbershop! Nice place to fit in a cut and knock out some shopping at Home Depot and Costco. Dana is excellent, and I would highly recommend her - cuts my kids, a tween and a teenager, and my father-in-law’s hair too! They all love her. The barbers actually listen and do what you ask for. And trust me, I have an eclectic family. The barbers are all pros. You can’t go wrong. No newbies.
Joe is a miracle worker. He knows how to cut a middle part better than anyone I’ve been to, and in over a year of seeing him, never once have I had a bad haircut. Highly highly recommend.
Hair to Stay has been my go-to since moving to Boulder. I'm the type of person that wants pretty much the exact same thing every time, and my stylist always remembers my preferences. :) I also love how receptive she is to my requests, as a lot of stylists at chain hair salons will make me argue for what I want or give me a different style than I asked for. Never had that problem here. Always feel welcomed and cared for here!

I went to tan for my very first time today, I knew nothing and needed a lot of guidance. Emmy is so awesome!! Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Had a lovely mother/daughter mani/pedi with my 5 year old - they offer special pricing for kids <7 and they were so sweet with my daughter! She had the best experience, including getting each nail painted a different glittery color, and she was so excited and it was a fun experience at the end of the summer right before starting school.

Terrell did my lash extensions for a year when I lived in Boulder. After I moved an hour away, I wanted to find a place closer to home. I tried two different, top-rated lash studios and was extremely disappointed with both. One place glued too many lashes to one natural lash, resulting in a mess as they grew out. The other did a decent job, but didn’t follow my crystal clear direction about the look I preferred. After the first visit my lashes were up to my eyebrows. After my second visit, they barely lasted 2 weeks. It was obvious that none had the talents Terrell has for natural-glam aesthetic and also for actually listening to what I want. I made the trek back to see her today and was so pleased as always with her work. I recently had a C02 laser face and décolleté procedure with Irena Fomenko, an RN in Boulder, and I’m beyond impressed with her and the results!
While the procedure itself was quite painful, numbing cream definitely helped, the outcome has made it absolutely worth it. To be transparent, the recovery time was a solid week before wanting to be seen in public but most importantly only a few days after that to start visibly seeing the results.
I have fair, freckled skin but my skin appears 10+ years younger! The discomfort was temporary, and Irena checked on me every single day post-procedure.

I don’t have any waxing needs, but Tonya came highly recommended to me for her peels and facials. I had an amazing facial with Tonya yesterday that included a fabulous sculpting facial massage and also a scalp massage. If your skin is too sensitive for typical chemical/synthetic peels, this is THE BEST alternative. She uses an elite skin care line that is both clean and all-natural, while delivering excellent results, that feels and smells amazing!

Mackenzie is absolutely the best. However I will never go back to European Wax Center because of the front desk person. Extremely disrespectful to my wishes when I said I was not interested in signing up for a membership. Ignored me and continued trying to sell me 3 more times. I felt disrespected and harassed. I will not be back.

Lovely, relaxing, quiet, clean infrared sauna and red light therapy. Todd the owner is tremendously helpful and the experience overall is highly recommended !
Today I had a Thai massage with Todd as the massage therapist. It was comfortable, relaxing and totally therapeutic. Todd listens well and was able to work well with my fragile back.
Afterwards I tried the new light therapy room where you could lay down and infrared pod which was supine also. That was perfect a post massage therapy. Each experience I’ve had at Infrared Salt Therapy has been marvelous. All reviews that I’ve read are five out of five stars for good reason. I tell all of my friends about this place and I recommend it to everyone.

I’d never trust anyone else with my face. She uses non toxic products and everything she does looks so natural. I can’t say enough good things about MOV Aesthetics. I’ve done the BBL + Moxi combo twice now, along with a Hydrafacial, and I’ve been absolutely blown away by my results. My husband and I were visiting out of town and staying at one of the hotels next door to the spa. On a whim, we decided to schedule a couple's massage on a Monday evening. Everything about our experience was wonderful - from the gal at the front desk to our amazing therapists. We felt so taken care of by Manny (Amanda) and Rhiannon.
I (Erin) especially appreciated how kind Manny was at the end - she knew we were visiting as newlyweds and she packed us a lovely bag with eye masks, teas, and skin care samples to help us combat the dry heat of Colorado. And her massage is out of this world amazing!!
The spa itself is so serene. I loved the serenity room with the cozy blankets and I loved the robes. One of my favorite details is the specific shoe sizing for sandals. I'm a small person and I am normally drowning in spa attire. Not here!
We give the experience 10/10!! We wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time we're in Boulder.

I would suggest the spa itself, however, do a little upkeep & maintenance. Spas can lose favor if they skip the maintenance part. The loops on the bathrobes are usually missing at least one, sometimes like today, missing both. The robes are heavy, outdated, and don’t have that “spa” feel. I also noticed that the areas around the sinks was not clean.
I love this spa and don’t want to see it lose business. You know how picky Boulder can be.

My husband and I came here as a treat on our wedding weekend. We booked the basic massage, with access to the Sanctuary room. We had a wonderful experience! The entire place is beautifully decorated, with a very calming atmosphere. We did the Sanctuary room first. I wasn’t sure if I was going to do the cold plunge initially. But I was brave and after a few times going back and forth between the cold plunge and the warmer rooms (steam, dry sauna, and hot tub) my back felt amazing. I’ve struggled with back issues for a long time, and to my surprise it took a lot of the pain away.
After that we had our massages. We both loved it! My massage therapist was named Priya, and she was incredibly kind and talented. She was able to work around my back injury, and was incredibly accommodating to make sure I had a good experience. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the lady who worked on my husband, but he had a 90 minute deep tissue and loved every minute of it.
My only piece of feedback is that we weren’t totally sure of the benefits of the salt room. We sat in there and enjoyed the light, and pushed the salt button but weren’t sure what we were supposed to do haha. Priya then explained that breathing in the salt air helps to clear your respiratory system, similar to gargling salt water when you are sick. Maybe a small plaque explaining that would be helpful, because we weren’t sure!
But overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily come back next time we are in Boulder. The service was wonderful, and I’m now looking at cold plunge options where we live for my back. You’ve got us hooked now! 10/10

I got a tattoo yesterday by Ben and it was an awesome experience! We ended up moving the placement of my tattoo, which was very kindly advised by another artist in the shop, Andrew, and making the design bigger. They were all very kindly about moving the stencil as many times to get it just right! Going in the day before to talk about the design was super easy. During the tattoo Ben checked in many times to make sure I was doing good and asked if I needed a break. When we were done he touched up some parts which was really nice. 100% will go back and always recommend going to Tribal Rites on The Hill!! :)

Berlin flooring was contracted to refinish about 1,500 sf of our red oak hardwood floors. Scott and his team coordinated their work with multiple other contractors seamlessly. We had 7 walls removed so Berlin Flooring "feathered " in new wood pieces where the walls had been removed. They then stripped/sanded the original wood flooring and applied a protective covering. (We elected to go without stain.) The results of Berlin Flooring's work on our floors demonstrates a knowledge of wood and the processes involved in refinishing hardwood floors is vast and dialed in. I definitely recommend Berlin Flooring to anyone considering installing or refinishing hardwood floors. Oh, BTW, our dog had an accident and bled all over the sanded but not yet finished flooring - about 10'x3' - and Berlin Flooring was able to perform magic in getting the blood out of the flooring. Amazing!

Ryan, Jerry and the MH team did an outstanding job on our master bathroom renovation. We did a full reno with a steam shower, heated floors, etc. and are so happy with the results. I recently needed skilled assistance finishing a customer's remodeling project for an old house in Lafayette. James and his crew were super responsive and helped me fix the homeowner's DIY tiling mistake and install tight paint-grade baseboard and crown molding. Brady and his team at Van Matre construction did a fantastic job repairing our foundation and facilitating the many associated projects. Brady was very thorough in explaining the problem and how to fix it. Throughput the process the team was very clear about the project status and what was being done. They were also very forthcoming about any issues that arose, and made sure address them. Chris and Joel (the primary duo who did the foundation work) were always friendly and made an effort to keep the inside of our house clean and free of dents and dings. The project was completed without going over budget and our house looks better than it did before.The primary work being done was foundation repair, but several other improvements were added on. Our foundation wall was leaning in ~2.5" due to expansive clay around the house. The wall was pushed back and reinforced with helical piers and an adjacent wall was reinforced (but did not require helical piers). They added drains along the two walls, a sump pump, replaced the window wells, replaced the windows, and contracted having the concrete patio re-poured (it needed to be destroyed to repair the wall).My wife and I agree that it was a great experience working with Brady, Adam, Chris, and Joel at Van Matre Construction. We have no worries about the condition of our foundation. The work they did was top notch.Services: Project management
The team at Cottonwood were fantastic. In the end, the project did take a bit longer and was a bit more expensive than we had hoped, but the truth is that Cottonwood was great to work with. They cared about details, cared about us as people, and we will absolutely work with them again in the future on any home renovations or building needs that we have.

We had the great pleasure of working with Ben Terry, his crew (Rene and Beto were amazing) and Lora in the front office on a significant project on our house in Summit County. The house was built in 1995 and had an EIFs (synthetic stucco system) on the exterior. Unfortunately the system is susceptible to woodpecker damage. Ben explained the options, pros and cons and made the decision easy. Rene and Beto, and the others on the crew, were not only amazingly talented but also pleasant and worked hard to minimize disruptions. I had a great experience with Melton Design Refresh. I wanted to update the powder room and primary bath on the main floor of my home to be safe for aging in place. Melton’s business model is perfect for me. Their organization and communication is amazing.
My Refresh Project Designer, Tara Beals, listened carefully to what I wanted and came up with several plans with different options and costs. She walked me through choosing exactly what I wanted. She was with me through the whole project making changes and alternate selections as needed.
My Refresh Project Manager, Nick Riedel, provided a complete schedule of the time frames and the costs. I signed off on the schedule and budget before any work was started. Nick provided updates every week, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had.
My Lead Carpenter, Mike Cupo, was on site throughout the project on a daily basis. The site was always clean and well protected. All the workers were a joy to have in my home.
Once we started, I was updated every week on the progress and the plans for the following week. There were no big surprises, and the project remained on schedule (finished a week early) and under budget the whole time.
I got exactly what I wanted. I like to point out that this project cost less than a year in Independent Living, and should allow me to stay in my home safely for several more years.

Chris and his team have been taking care of our trees for years. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, and he always explains what he plans to do. He helps us keep our trees healthy and away from the house, while also paying attention to how we like the trees to look.
He has told us when we don’t need work done that other companies had tried to sell us. That kind of honesty means a lot.
One thing that still stands out for us...when a branch that held my child’s swing broke, he saved enough of the tree so she could keep her swing, and that meant a lot to our family.

A friend recommended Ideal so I used them for a competitive bid. They had a better price and did a great job climbing and thinning a blaze maple as well as doing a cleanup on a dozen or so trees including nasty Hawthornes. We found Dr Rathburn’s office after my daughter experienced a traumatic incident at Young Dentistry in Louisville when she was younger. It took a couple years to find a dental hygienist that she trusted to even look at her teeth. The team at Rathburn Dental, especially Abby have been so wonderful and patient!!! From the moment you come into the office Shelly greets you and is happy to help. Abby (dental hygienist) is so amazing!!! So patient, compassionate and understanding!!! I don’t know how she does it but she is so very kind and really seems to understand my daughter’s situation! Always has my daughter’s best interest and trust. I cannot say enough good things about the team at MUV. I have worked with every chiropractor there and they are all excellent. Yesterday I walked in with debilitating pain in my lower back that had sidelined me the entire week. Another doctor wanted to put me on a bunch of medication, but after one adjust from them I was significantly better. They also take great care to know what's going on with all of their patients and I honestly love their package based business model. It makes things so convenient and accessible.
Dr Kate is an awesome chiropractor and we been working together for a month so far. I found the office when dealing with a lot of symptoms I couldn’t quite get resolved including vertigo, tinnitus, brain fog among others. Through my research I found an article on their website about vertigo and I was delighted to find they were located relatively close to me. All of my symptoms have continued to improve and I am beyond thankful. Dr Kate takes time to listen and I’ve never felt rushed. Every time I step out of the office, my body has been in a proper state of calm. My favorite bonus is after scanning your neck and adjusting you, there is a nap room with zero gravity chairs. After my first session with Dr. Gruhl using the Softwave I could for the first time in at least 3 years feel no burning in my feet from neuropathy!
I have been a patient for just over a year and have had amazing results from my treatment at Evol.v Chiropractic. Prior to that, I had suffered for years from moderate to extreme pain due to multiple issues with my cervical spine. On good days, I had pain and numbness shooting down my arm to my fingers. On bad days, I couldn't get out of bed because it hurt to hold my head upright. After the first few months of treatment, many of my symptoms were noticeably reduced. After a year, I am pain free. In addition to adjustments, Navit and Gary have shown me many stretches and exercises to do at home, and I have been able to participate in my own healing. Now, after a year of treatment, I can hike, garden, paint, and go about my everyday life without any pain. Life is good.

I had two one hour sessions with Tim Mcgrath. I went in with a hip flexor/abdominal strain. I've been with Dermatology Specialists for over a decade. They are professional, and my doctors have been wonderful and able to spot even very small potential Basal Cell Carcinomas, as most recently. Lab tests confirmed the diagnosis and Dr. Detty removed sufficient skin to completely excise them on the first go round. I've also had very successful Mohs surgery done on my forehead. They are also very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

One thing I appreciated most was how respectful they were of my time—I barely had to wait, and the appointment moved smoothly without ever feeling rushed.
The staff and veterinarians took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommendations for my dogs’ care. They were also so patient, gentle, and compassionate with both of my Labs, which immediately put me at ease.
I’ve been to a lot of veterinary clinics over the years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Dr Martin, the techs, and everyone else at South Boulder Animal Hospital are great. When I’ve brought my dog in, they’ve always been great about thoroughly explaining treatment options and answering all of my questions. They are also kind and supportive, so I definitely recommend them for your pet.
Dr. Obermeier has been the primary vet for our two yearling colts since they were 1 month old. We truly appreciate her responsiveness and caring nature. She’s done several “cookies & scratches” visits for my needle-shy gelding to help him get over his nervousness at being approached by “the vet” — she also gelded him for me, and his wound healed up beautifully due to her excellent care and aftercare guidance. We are fortunate and grateful to have Dr. Obermeier in Boulder!
This vet clinic is absolutely wonderful! My Great Pyrenees can be a bit challenging at times, but Dr. Hunt and the entire staff were amazing - so gentle, patient, and caring. They made him feel comfortable and safe, which meant so much to me. I will definitely be using Pet Menders as my primary vet. The kindness and love they showed my Denali was truly appreciated. I saw Dr Jordan today. She was So Helpful and explained everything My cat was very sick She and the tech were very empathetic and professional. Dr Jordan was very high energy. She was great It was expensive but they are worth it.
We brought our dog to CASE at 10:30 PM because she had eaten a chocolate cake. The staff awaited us, saw Penny immediately and induced vomiting. While we waited, we felt at ease in the clean comfortable waiting room. The staff was very professional and our doctor friendly and positive. We were impressed with the professionalism and care that they showed to us and Penny! We do not hesitate to heartily recommend them For emergency services!
I can't say enough great things about the Veterinary Behavior Center. When we started at VBC, our dog, Olive, was afraid of any human she didn't know, and would bark at them incessantly to get them to go away. The team at VBC came up with a thoughtful plan to reduce Olive's stress by a) trying out a sequence of medications to see what Olive responded to best, and b) then gradually and systematically exposing her to new humans and their common movements (Olive weirdly hated it when people stood up from a sitting position) by associating the stimuli with positives (sound markers and treats). The process was, again, gradual, but magical. Dr. Stacey Jones is incredibly empathetic, supportive, and patient, and Ezra, our trainer, went over and above what I would expect from a trainer. Olive's progress has been shocking; if you told me where we would be after a year of training, my wife and I wouldn't have believed you. Olive now sees people out on walks, and if they come rather close or cross our paths, she does fine. ? That sounds like it shouldn't be immensely heartening and impressive... but it is ?
Arapahoe Animal Hospital has taken care of all our ?'s over the years, could not recommend them enough.

Getting back on the in person yoga bandwagon after what felt like an eternal COVID hiatus I find myself at Radiance Power Yoga.
A welcoming space that is clean, nurturing and inspiring.
My favorite classes here are the flow vinyasa, each instructor bringing their special sauce and magic. They also offer family flow classes as well as prenatal and baby and me.
Weekday and weekend classes host a fun community of folks, many of which have been coming here for years.
Highly recommend visiting this space. It’s one of the few remaining truly local and intimate spaces. Website shows special for 21 days for just $69.

The grant we received from Calming Kids yoga enabled us to provide multiple free children's yoga sessions to youth in our community. To watch the children learn, grow, breathe, move and become more mindful was such a joy. This year will be my 4th time joining Jeanie Manchester for her CRESTONE SUMMER YOGA & MEDITATION RETREAT. I look forward to this retreat each year as a way to deepen my spiritual practice while connecting with a community of spiritual practitioners & nature. Each year we learn about a single hindu deity by exploring the mythology, meditation, mantra, chanting, mudras, and asana practice relating to that deity. This year, we are learning about Kali Ma the Goddess of creation & destruction. I've generally feared her and I'm ready to lean into that fear with curiosity.
The retreat takes place at The Mountain Zen Center Crestone, Colorado. One can feel the spiritual energy resonating throughout Crestone, especially at the Zen Center. I've stayed in my tent and the dorms and both are wonderful options. The Zen Monks create flavorful vegetarian food for us three times a day. It's healthy and delicious!
I highly recommend this retreat to all level practitioners of meditation and asana. Even if you have never practiced meditation or asana, it'll be suitable for you. Come with an open mind & heart and you will not be disappointed.

Yoga Pod is a wonderful local studio. The owners teach a class together on Saturday mornings which is really delightful! They have a nice variety of classes for different levels and different styles.
I have treasured Boulder Bodyworks for many years- but after recently coming back to get more bodywork and to practice pilates, I am reminded of what a gem and outstanding place this truly is.
I recently took pilates with Jenny, an instructor I love- this was after practicing around at other studios for some time, and I was blown away. Jenny is kind, well engaged, thorough and an incredible instructor. I felt like I worked my body in such a sophisticated and thorough way.
Elizabeth is a woman's whos care, gifts and skills have played a pivotal part in my healing and well being. Me and my dear friend absolutely treasure Elizabeth. She's one of a kind.
Sophia is a new bodyworker who gave me one of the most special massages I have ever received. She is a warm, attuned, and receptive woman. She took the time to really listen to a lot of the difficulties and complexities I have been experiencing lately and tailored a session that left me feeling deeply nourished and cared for. She massaged my head and neck in a way no other therapist has ever done. Once again, Boulder Body works has continued to uphold their standard for body workers by adding another stellar practitioner to their team.
Brooker is another sweet, talented and gifted bodyworker I highly recommend.
I am writing this review after having been there 3 times in the last week. First to see Elizabeth, then to take pilates with Jenny and then to get a massage with Sophia! I treasure and feel deeply grateful for the healing and wellbeing this place offers!
Core Wisdom IS Kim Robins. Whether in a private or a group class, Kim teaches directly to each student's needs and abilities while challenging each to improve form for maximum benefit. It's the little things that add up, and Kim watches and corrects those things consistently. Kim's knowledge and experience is especially attuned for imperfect, recovering, and aging bodies, and my imperfect, recovering, and aging body feels 100% better after every Core Wisdom class.
Club Pilates has me in a committed relationship at this point. The classes are challenging in the best way, the instructors are amazing, and somehow I leave feeling both stronger and more relaxed every time. My core is working, I’m starting to get abs, my posture is thanking me, and my body feels better than it has in a long time. Thank you Club Pilates!!

My husband booked Guacira for a Mother’s Day massage after my c section. I was looking for lymphatic drainage and she definitely delivered. The massage was so good that I booked her for my husband for his Father’s Day gift. We highly highly recommend her for a relaxing but in incredibly effective massage.

Izzy is the real deal. As a fellow LMT, I don’t say this lightly... his work is thorough and completely dropped in. He weaves myofascial release, deep tissue, and Thai together seamlessly, all held with intentional breathwork and a full-body-melt kind of presence. His energy is incredibly clean. My sister and I had a Shirodhara session with Daddu, and it was an incredible experience. Neither of us had ever tried this treatment before, and we were amazed by how deeply relaxing and restorative it was.
Before our session, Daddu took the time to explain the process, his approach to Ayurveda, and completed a thorough health intake with each of us. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish.
When I return to Colorado to visit my sister again, I definitely plan to come back for the full Panchakarma detox and rejuvenation program.

Fabulous. Just what I needed after a long flight. Excellent technique, perfect pressure, lovely studio. A bit tricky to find. Even if you’re walking, go around the back and up the stairs.
I’ve been going to Liraz for years and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Her massages are relaxing, thorough, and somehow always just what I need to reset. She creates a relaxing environment and pays attention to the smallest details, making every session feel personalized and comfortable. I’m a chiropractor and can’t recommend Kristina enough! She is an amazing massage therapist! She uses medicinal grade essential oils for the massage to benefit you even more. She’s happy to chat or remain silent during your session- whatever you like! You would only be helping yourself by booking an appointment with her.
This is an effective massage location. No fluffy-bunny stuff here. All of the massage therapists who work here are excellent. They have experience and can get all of my crazy knots out. I'm very particular about my massage therapists and this place gets an A+++ from me. I recommend Niwot Massage to everyone!
I saw Dr. John Crawley for rehab following a rock climbing finger pulley injury. I was specifically interested in regaining healthy fingers along with strengthening my fingers to make them more resilient against future injuries. I found John to be extremely knowledgable. His expertise as a PT and an experienced rock climber provided me with simple targeted exercises that worked really well for me.
The full hour sessions gave us enough time to talk through my needs and expectations, along with physical evaluation and guidance of the actual prescribed exercises. The longer sessions also let me go longer between our sessions, making the price a good value for my needs. He was also available for email advice between sessions which was really helpful. I have recommended John to many of my friends with similar positive experiences.

Before my first appointment with Dr. Elif, I spent countless months seeking out different remedies for nerve-related pain in my shoulder. No matter what I tried or how much I spent, nothing mitigated the pain all that much, and I became discouraged with all the money I spent searching for the solution.
Following my first TCM cupping session, I not only felt immediate relief in the tension/nerve pain, but mentally I felt relief that Dr. Elif understood my situation and made a great effort to help me establish a plan that suited my needs and I knew would be practical to stay consistent with.
Now, every appointment brings noticeable relief and I look forward to each and every one; I would recommend to anyone with lingering pain that constantly serves as a distraction.

I've had over 500 treatments in my lifetime (75yo) as I lean more towards Eastern vs Western medicine, and BCA didn't disappoint. I was a tourist with a potential infection, so googled for this group and chose a therapist per my condition. Quiet space, experienced therapist with very thorough intake before starting the treatment. I also purchased herbs to support the needling. Half my symptoms were erased within 24 hours (day 3 now) and if I have time while here, I plan to return for more support. Sliding fee scale and knowledgeable group that can cover a variety of needs.
I have been working with Devyn for several acupuncture sessions now, it makes me happy to notice the overall progress I am feeling. She is knowledgeable and has helped me with digestive issues, respiratory and overall wellness. Her recommendations for supplements are always adequate and reasonable. I plan to continue to work with Devyn receiving acupuncture as needed to keep improving and maintaining my health. Besides, it is a pleasure to see her and much appreciate her approachability and friendliness, love her space.
Started going to JasonBlalack 6 months ago for migraines that I’ve suffered for over 30 years. I’ve tried different treatments over the years but nothing worked. I wanted to get off the heavy duty migraine meds that I’d been taking. After 6 months of acupuncture every 3 weeks I am off the meds and just take a Tylenol and Advil as needed. In the past that never would have been enough. Highly recommend
Best acupuncturist in Boulder for getting pregnant, balancing hormones, and making you feel seen/special/taken care of. She is the absolute best and I went to at least 5 people before finding her. Megan’s treatments are the most restorative and I can’t say enough good things. Women, she is the one!
I highly, highly recommend John as a wonderful healer. My situation was unique, and I needed to find a special healer that could work long distance (on a very difficult and chronic illness) as I don't live local to Colorado at this time. John was recommended to me as someone who had experience in this field, and access and experience to highly specialized herbal treatments. The process took over 2 and half years to get things to a workable place, and John was a great person to have on the journey.
And when I was able to make a local appearance, the acupuncture treatment I received was nothing short of phenomenal.

Jin Ma is an absolutely incredible Acupuncturist. After 3 miscarriages (due to chromosomal abnormalities) I started going to Jin Ma twice a week to help improve the quality of my eggs, a few months later at my egg retrieval all the eggs they retrieved were chromosomally normal! I cannot recommend her enough!

Over the years, I have visited five different acupuncture clinics and herbal pharmacies, yet I have never met a practitioner who engages with patients as sincerely and attentively as she does. During every appointment, she listens carefully and offers thoughtful, personalized guidance. Her acupuncture treatments are gentle and painless, and thanks to her care, both my insomnia and my digestive issues have improved significantly. Noah identified the meridians affecting my upper thoracic spine injury, which was affecting me with significant pain every day, and after our sessions the pain had completely gone away, almost miraculously. I was very impressed and highly recommend Noah!
Dr. Sheila Liewald is an excellent acupuncturist as she reduced my bladder pain progressively through weekly visits. After about 2 months, my pain is unrecognizable or completely gone. My bladder pains are results of my bladder cancer which started in 2018. Currently, in 2026, I do not have bladder cancer which recurred twice in the past. Being 75 yo male, cancer treatments and surgeries take tolls on my recovery, each recovery takes longer and more lingering pains. Especially at the last hospital cystoscopy following chemo treatments, I got an infection, and experienced a hard time recovering. My primary care nurse, who tended my recovery recommended acupuncture after my stalled recovery as an alternative recovery care. Then someone she knew recommended me to Dr. Sheila Liewald.
This was my first time seeing acupuncturist and I visited her with open mind. She asked lots of diagnostic questions before acupuncturing so she could plan her treatment. This is a very customized treatment for my pain symptoms. I did not know this, I thought I would receive a prescribed treatment. Her treatment worked as my bladder pain and sudden urination feeling have decreased with each visit. She really made me feel comfortable during my treatment. Soon I became believer of acupuncture. She uses very specialized thin small metal needles and inserts them to the specific points of the body, I do not feel any needle poking pains. It wiped out of my concerns for stopping or seeking other treatment. I have the best treatment and the best acupuncturist.
I had been waking up with headaches almost every morning for the past two years. Every month or so, one of them would be a severe migraine. After my very first treatment with Susannah, the headaches went away- I just had my third treatment and haven’t had a headache in weeks! I am finding Susannah to be a lovely combination of being compassionate, an excellent listener and Very knowledgeable about medicine. I feel so super lucky to have found her help!
I was in such a painful sciatica pain and could not sleep in almost 2 weeks. After working with Jack for only 2 session my pain is gone and the numbness decreased and I can get some shut eyes. Thank you Jack for healing me . Looking forward to the third session.
