I have been receiving treatments from Nicole for years, she is my go to practitioner when it comes to acupuncture and any questions I have relating to my health. Not only is she knowledgeable and well versed in her craft, but she is also such a kind and gentle human who listens with an open mind and heart. She has been there by my side as I have navigated challenging health crisis's and has helped me maintain balance in my system through all of the ups and downs life throws our way.

I had never received acupuncture before, and had my hesitancies. I was treated by Nicole Bzdel, and immediately felt comfortable in her care. She showed that she has high-level understanding of her practice, but was able to communicate her approach to my specific needs in a way that empowered me as her patient, and helped me feel comfortable in communicating what I needed from this medicine. I felt fantastic after my appointment, and since have always looked forward to my next visit.
