Jamie did a great job in communicating about servicing our home today. When I asked him to check on a mouse/boll trap that was placed on the property a year ago, he indicated he would look for It. When he could not find the trap he sent me a note indicating he could not find It and stayed until I got home so we could show him where It was located. Jamie was dedicated to providing excellent customer service and being a good steward of the Enviropest brand. Thank you!
As per our month to month Env. pest plan, Eric (maybe Kevin?) came for a warranty check and did good work.; he replace filler between the exterior side panels on the east exterior side of the house---that had popped out. We haven't seen any more mice since the initial treatment. He referred me to the office with questions that I have: for example, re: check in for insects.
Mason was super helpful and kind. Worked quickly but was fun to talk to and felt comfortable welcoming him into my home for help. He was even kind enough to bring in my 5 gallon water jugs for me before he left and was more detailed than anyone else I’ve had to come help me with all the spiders and wasps that love my neighborhood.
