Absolutely everything was lovely! The facility is extremely well maintained, the staff all very kind and helpful. I left feeling better and more at peace than I have in probably a decade. Thank you so much for holding this space for people to slow down and heal and come center!

Reviews
Keith did a great job on my deep tissue massage, focusing on areas that have been giving me a lot of trouble. I feel so much better after the massage and the sanctuary was a great addition. The cold plunge was perfect and I especially like the salt room. Will definitely return on a regular basis. Thank you!
This is such a lovely, peaceful spa. I came in for a relaxing foot bath when I was in Portland recently visiting my daughter. The staff was welcoming and very adept at providing a calming experience. If you need a mini-retreat, check out The Dragontree.
