Such an amazing team! Derek explained everything to us thoroughly, gave several helpful tips on how to keep our wool carpet and rugs clean, and was so nice and extremely genuine. But most importantly our rugs are completely rid of stains from dog messes! Ideal job! Would recommend this company to everyone without hesitation. Used them twice now and each time it was the same great experience.

Steve’s Carpet has amazing customer service from start to finish! The front desk got me scheduled within the hour, and the stain was removed quickly! Steve was professional, knowledable and so helpful when he showed up to remove the stain. I’d use him time and time again! This company is amazing, look no further and give them a call!

I had the carpets steam-cleaned in our new house, and Steve's did a great job. They arrived in the time-window given in advance, and were able to deal with the areas of the carpets with additional staining. I will definitely book them for future cleanings.
