Stephen Schaller at Downtown Refinery Salon is amazing! He just knows beautiful hair and gave me a haircut I absolutely love. He totally understood the vibe I was going for and made the whole experience feel fun, easy, and welcoming. We had such a great time chatting and I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my hair. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone talented, kind, and genuine to be around! 12 out of 10 recommend!

Stephen Schaller is an excellent hairdresser and colorist. The salon atmosphere is calming without music blaring and loud conversations! Other amenities include comfortable seating, waters, coffee and immaculately clean!

I have thick, curly hair and Jill Leitz made me fall in love with it. I thought I had bad/ugly hair until I realized I just never received a high quality haircut before! So happy I found my forever hair stylist!
